Buying our vacation home was a big venture. Our realtor Lori Guthrie made it a good experience. We found our dream home in 4 days. Lori was so easy to work with. She was professional and personable with experience in what we needed after purchase. Lori helped us through the whole transition since we were not knowledgeable in contractors, insurance etc. and were from out of town.

They were extremely professional, patient as my mother in law decided what exactly to bring, and carefully packed and unpacked everything once we arrived at the ASL center. Even took all the trash. Highly recommend them for this type of move where senior's limitations and hesitations might delay process. They were above professional and double checked everything, as well as patient when my mother-in-law was indecisive.

We received excellent service from Reynolds Moving and Storage. Throughout the moving process, I found all Reynolds Moving and Storage staff members to be professional, knowledgeable & courteous. I believe Reynolds Moving & Storage is the best moving company in Madison offering competitive pricing and timely service. I have used this company a number of times in the past 20 years. I continue to be imprssed with the quality of service and most importantly by the high caliber of staff employed by Reynolds & Storage. Without reservation, I strongly recommend this company.

I always paid my monthly HOA dues through auto pay with my bank. Payments were sent regularly by my bank on or before the 1st of the month. On 1/30/2014 the check sent to them by my bank was not cashed so the bank voided it after 90 days. I was not aware of this and P&M never notified me that a payment was missing but started adding late charges. I only became aware of this in July of 2014 when we received a bill for late charges. We believe that they probably lost the check since they were moving offices. In any case, after several emails and a letter from our bank affirming that the payment had been submitted on time, Jean, the accountant, said she would have to ask the Board to approve a refund. She was to get back in touch within the next 3 days. She never did, nor did she respond to numerous calls and emails. Two years later, when we sold the townhouse, they were to refund our over payment for the month of June 2016, as they had been paid by the new owner. P&Ms property manager was rude and incompetent in his handling of our requests. He said we owed them this extra check for late charges, despite the fact that we had evidence that as soon as we learned of the lost check, we sent a double payment to ensure that we were up to date. He refused to accept any responsibility for the lost check and accused me of shifting blame, despite evidence from the bank. B of A's bank officer even tried calling them several times to affirm that they had sent the payment as scheduled, but he did not return her calls either. I've seen several complaints about this company online going back several years. Others report similar problems: rudeness, lack of call backs, incompetent bookkeeping. I care less about the money they owe me than about the fact that a company this bad is still in business and able to hurt others.

Great! We worked with Craters and Freighters both from Sanibel and later from our Midwest home. Pittsburgh was a third location. Wonderful communication. Delivery went exactly according to plan. Very nice people!

It went great! We were in the process of purchasing a new home, so the inspection was integral to us making a final decision on the property. These guys were very thorough, courteous, punctual, and professional. The report that we received was well organized and contained many photographs. We have referred to the report on numerous occasions after purchasing the home for maintenance purposes. We would definitely recommend them!!

I called to get a verbal estimate for our move from a storage unit to our new home. The woman who answered the phone told me Amy would call me.  Amy never called.  I called again and had to ask several questions before being referred to the owner, Shawn, who did give me an estimate.  I called about 10 days later to schedule the move.  The woman who answered the phone was flustered and said she couldn't schedule the move because she didn't have the estimate. She asked me to call back. I don't think it is my responsibility to call back.  I again asked that the owner call me to confirm the move date. Shawn never called. I received an email late in the day indicating my move was confirmed. No call and no details.  But I still had questions - What time? What kind of truck?  The email just meant that Shawn didn't call me back and I had to call again. I called again to get my questions answered and after getting "push back" from the woman who answered the phone, I asked that Shawn call me again. I realized that I was working very hard to do business with this company that moved us into our storage unit and did a good job, but I was working very hard just to get this move scheduled.   If I was having this much difficulty scheduling a move and getting my questions answered, what was it going to be like if there were issues during or after the move? I decided to not use them. I made one call to another mover I found on angle's list.  They scheduled my move, gave me an estimate, told me how many guys and what kind of truck and what time I would meet them in one phone call.  Done!

First of all, cost of service is not really applicable because we were paid out by their insurance company due to loss and damage of many pieces of furniture and packed boxes.
Upon arrival to pack the house were several half-drunk to completely hungover, reeking of alcohol 18+ year-olds, many of whom had NEVER packed a house before (eg: pulling out drawers and flipping them over into tall packing boxes). A lot of loitering, as well.
Our small dog was tethered outside away from the activity and the overseer and "packers" were instructed by us to stay away from the dog. One didn't and was nipped at. We later received a law suit threat from an "ambulance chaser" Fort Myers law firm. We notified the moving company several times by phone message, finally got through. Their response was that the "packer" was no longer employed by them. Our insurance company had to deal with them.
After completion on packing day, we purchased their insurance- maximum amount (we were suspicious but were planning on purchasing it anyway).
The entire lot was supposed to be stored all together in their warehouse.
One year later they returned with a different crew. Several pieces of furniture-including the entire middle section of our sectional couch- was missing. As well as a bureau full of clothing (their instructions), several boxes, and damaged lamps and flat screen tv, etc...
We contacted the appropriate people in their company and received no service, even after several calls and messages. We went to their seedy storage facility in Naples and confronted them. Only then did they provide the necessary information for us to file a claim.
We successfully filed the claim. Their insurance company is very good (hmm...), and told us that they were considering dropping them as a client.
I would caution anybody even considering using this company. They are utterly irresponsible.
Ironically, we located them through Angie's List. They were quick to respond.

The communication right from the start was terrific.
We were provided with information sheets via email that we could download; some of which were tally sheets describing
everything imaginable/possible to be moved. Upon filling them out and returning them, we were given an estimate.
Because we were having painting and some small handy work done prior to the move-in date, we wanted to keep our date flexible, and were given the opportunity to do so, postponing the actual day two days from Monday to Wednesday.
When informed that the move was up and down stairs both coming and going, a small adjustment (and additional man) was
made to the charge (very fair and reasonable).
The THREE men and a TRUCK arrived on time, and performed the move EXACTLY in the time projected.
They were helpful and had a great sense of humor.
Everyone we spoke with (office personnel, estimator, truckers) was professional, friendly and very helpful.
We'll be calling upon them in the future to assist us in any heavy lifting! Since I sincerely hope we are *through* with moving!

This is the second time we used them and once again we were very happy with all the service, from the scheduling to the actual move. It was Labor Day and the movers had no problems being there on a holiday.  The two were polite, professional and took care with our possessions, as well as doing so as efficiently as possible.   Joe also followed up the next day to make sure that we were happy and that there hadn't been any problems.  If we have to move a third time (we rent- please no!)  they would again be our only call.
