    My mother, currently aged 97, has been pleased over about 10 years of service. Last fall, she was having difficulty hearing in public places and with friends who spoke quietly, so we went for an adjustment. They fitted her with new hearing aids to deal specifically with those problems, but she had trouble learning to adjust to the different types of reception. When I explained this to the staff at Ear-tronics, they were eager to try different hearing aids that are similar to her old ones, but stronger. She went in without an appointment, because she has trouble getting out and she was in the area. At Ear-tronics, they took her right away and treated her like royalty. She says the new hearing aids are like "magic." Throughout, the staff was always eager to do right by us.

    He is rather aloof.  He said he didn't know what I had but disagreed with a host of other doctors, some from major medical institutions.  He told me to reduce my prednisone even though I had been trying for years without success.  He was no help at all.

    We are very pleased and impressed with Dr Hemed. We had all our records transferred to her from our former Doctor in another state because we moved to this area a year ago.On our first visit with her it was very obvious she had read our records.She is always prepared and very thorough. We have seen her now for about a year. They have a sign in the office that says "if you have been waiting for more than 10 minutes, tell somebody". Never seen that before. She has referred us to some really good specialists when we've needed them.We are so very glad we found her.

    I got bitten by a spider and went to her. After seeing me she went away for about 5 minutes. They she came back and said she wanted to make sure she got the right antibiotics. So she went on her computer to find it. She called me 5 minutes before my follow up appointment to see if I was still coming. She is very caring.

    After consulting 2 other physicians Dr. Doerr diagnosed my husbands condition on the first visit. He was very caring, very knowledgeable and made sure he had answered all our questions. His staff was efficient and made sure we saw him promptly when we had concerns. Eventually he had to refer us to a vascular surgeon who was also excellent and immediately made us his priority. Both physicians kept in contact with each other to co-ordinate my husbands care . We were very lucky to have found Dr. Doerr!

    Dr. Doerr explained the problem in detail and gave me suggestions for home treatments that I should use. His advice was very practical and he didn't try to sell me any expensive creams. My experience was very good and I'll definitely return to his office in the future.

    All my appointments were close to on time (as any doctor could be) and his staff helpful and pleasant. His approach was always professional and covered a verbal discussion and complete exam.  I've been to him for years for my annual exams as well as other ailments that crop up from my advancement in age. I've had appointments at his old location on San Carlos as well as his new one and have no complaints.
    Update 4/29/13 Looks like my good Doctor disappeared (from Barkley Circle office) Called for an appointment and was told he no longer was at that location. He came to the office one morning and gave notice he was leaving and left. Now I need to secure my medical records and look for a new GP! Thanks for the heads up Doc !!

    I have only been to Dr Klucka for my allergy problem so I have no other allergy doctor to compare him with. If I was not satisfied or felt uncomfortable at any time I would have not continued. There are way too many other allergy doctors out there to choose from if I was not happy with his services.

    I like him because he actually sits and talks to me or my family members. He spends time with me instead of rushing me in and out. He has a great staff. He will take me in even without an appointment even if I have to wait for a long time.

    Dr. Lamotta was very thorough in reviewing the medical history that was in my file before examining me. He also asked the reason for my visit and, when told, he promptly prescribed an ultrasound of the thyroid. His office staff wrote up the order and contacted the radiology lab promptly, making it possible for me to be seen by the ultrasound technician the following morning. Dr. Lamotta's office staff was also very prompt in calling to provide me with the ultrasound report.
