Started less than 3 weeks after first contact. Work was completed in 5 days with the exception of the glass door which was custom made. Arrived every day at 8am and worked a full day. Tile work was exceptional. Russell and Shawn are very friendly and easy to work with.

We finally got together; issues discussed; extended our stay at residence to get these outstanding issues resolved. Plumbing corrected in 2 MBAs; the showers doors will be addressed in next few days. Was I harsh? I didn't think so, but Mr. Garcia explained in-depth. Bottom-line ... like his integrity and honesty. Do think any contractor needs to return calls and/or texts in timely manner, not when they feel to. I'm the customer paying for services.

Have issues with 2 BAs ... shower fixtures installed improperly; no work correctly. When taking showers, there's 2-4" water on floor outside the doors. Mirrors were hung backwards. Holes behind fixtures were left unfilled, painted. For outside painting; excellent! The team rom upstate NY were very professional.

We were very pleased with our experience with Noel Painters. We hired them to repaint most of the interior surfaces of the house to prepare it for sale. So we were interested in getting a good job, but wanted it done quickly and without busting the budget. Rob the estimator came out promptly and returned a quote within a couple of days. The quote was very competitive and their crew was ready to start before we were. The crew was at work every day at 7:30 and they went until 5. They were very courteous and did their best to work around the fact that we were living in the house while they were working. The work was completed in 4.5 days. They cleaned up very well, and the finished job was very neat. The house really looks nice! We would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic. The young man who showed up was prompt, extremely polite and professional. He worked continuously until the job was done. The ceiling fan was quite heavy and I offered assistance to lift it, however he didn't need any help. Apparently he's done this hundreds of times before and was very self sufficient. Great experience over all.

Although we were unable to repair our Corian sink as we had hoped(no fault of Tim's) he did refinish the counter tops and they look great. He was also helpful in providing suggestions as to what we could to replace the sink. I'd use him again.

Perfectly! As stated above, the new hutch is all that we loved about the original one and more! Also, they are a wonderful company with which to work. After meeting with them a couple of times in Florida, we continued to communicate throughout construction, even as we had returned to the Mid-West. The new hutch was completed and delivered on time.

It went okay. They showed up when they were supposed to and he did the work well but I found that it was exceptionally expensive. I ended up paying $700 over and above the $200 I was supposed to be credited for. Which means it was terribly, terribly expensive for 5 light fixtures.
I had asked for a price list and they didn't send it to me. When he got here he showed me the price list. I had one ceiling fan, one bathroom exhaust fan, and three normal lights and that added up to almost $700 right there. I thought it was exceptionally expensive. As it was, I had 3 or 4 lights I wanted changed out and I thought no way. I was really horrified.
He did the work that he was supposed to do. I had actually assembled the chandelier and the fan so I had done some of the work for him but it didn't make any difference.
I would recommend them if it had to be for the quality of the work. He sort of picked up after himself. It would have been nice if he had asked for a broom and swept up but he didn't. The cost of it seemed to me to be so high I don't know how to review it.
He really did an excellent job. That wasn't the problem. The problem was he walked in the door without his notebook with the prices and I had to sign on the dotted line before he started. He had come a long way.
When I decided I wanted to make the appointment I called and called and called. It took me three days to get through to somebody.

Awesome job.  I am very picky and this is a great quality installation!  The team worked with us to select or granite slab and very quickly after selection installed the new countertops.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They care about the Quality of their work which seems to be rare in South West Florida.
They are a Certified Caesar Stone Installer that actually follows the Caesar stone guidelines. They also used the Caesar Stone recommended Integra Colors for seams. The Integra is a little harder to work with and takes a bit more time IF the installer is not skilled in the process. However IMEX is very skilled and the seams went smooth and quick with outstanding cannot even see them except in rare lighting conditions if you look very hard and know where to look.
Many installers will want to just custom "color match" which means adding dye to a clear seeming compound. The quality of the match is purely dependent on the materials used and the installers ability and willingness to put in the time and effort to get a proper match.
Why do I know so much about these details like color match?

Because the 1st Ceasar stone certified contractor did not follow the Ceasar Stone guidelines. The Other Company 1)scratched the stone in transportation 2)Burnt the edges of the stone when they were trying to polish (this resulted in a white haze on the polished edges 3)Did such a poor custom color match that you could see the seams from across the room 4) Chose poor seam placement 5)Attempted to splice in a 1/2 filler piece because the size of one slab was off when installed.
This Other Company was given the opportunity to fabricate new slabs using Ceasar Stone certification guidelines or return my money. They chose to return my money.

So be kind to yourself and choose IMEX if you want a quality install at a fair price the 1st time. I will be using them on another job in the near future.
