    Fantastic. The young man who showed up was prompt, extremely polite and professional. He worked continuously until the job was done. The ceiling fan was quite heavy and I offered assistance to lift it, however he didn't need any help. Apparently he's done this hundreds of times before and was very self sufficient. Great experience over all.

    He diagnosed the problem and said it could be repaired but was so old that it wasn't worth it. We ordered a new laptop and software. He set up the new laptop when it arrived at the store, transferred over all of her files from the old laptop, brought the new one to the house and set it up on our wireless network, and went through the new software and other items with her. He was very patient, helpful and professional. We also bought the plan that provides quarterly remote tuneups from the store (they call us and access our laptop remotely, using software they installed). This is a VERY good deal as for $100 a year we get a technician to go through the computer, check for viruses, clean up files, ensure everything is working properly and ensure all software updates are performed.

    Hamilton showed up on time and went to work with my wife, getting all of her devices tuned up and operating to her satisfaction.  The he ran tests on our home wifi and noted that there were walls essentially blocking effective an signal from the location of the wireless modem.  Coincidentally, we had received anew modem from ComCast a few weeks earlier that I hadn't gotten motivated to take on the task of installing as I am NOT very computer/electronics literate.  Hamilton installed the new modem in a different part of the house where most of our wifi needs are, then he ran more tests and recommended a wifi extender to the other end of the house.  He happened to have one with him so we bought it and he installed it and then ran the tests again that showed a sigificant improvement in reception, so we now have really good upload and download speed throughout the house and the lanai.
    I was very pleased with his manner, his qualifications, his expertise and his willingness to work with a couple of older folks that don't reallyn understand how all of this stuff works.  And he did it in the two hours so there was no additional charge above the Deal price (except for the wifi extender which was a very fair price and installed as part of the Deal).
    I know we will have some sort of issue with our computers and iPhones down the road and the first thing I will do is call Hamilton.

    It was very good, they were very knowledgeable, I have a business network established so it's a complicated system and I needed someone to come to my office. They came out and did a good job. I spent about $400. They handled the conflicts that were questioned and they were responsive.

    It went badly. Less than one week before the annual contract was up I received a bill for next year. No Thank you, no how are we doing. I had to cancel in writing because non payment does not constitute cancellation. There was barely time to get the cancellation in the mail.


    I wanted to use a local company, but in this case it did not pay. Ron and Sons was supposed to send a certificate to our insurance company so we would receive a discount for our fire and security alarms. It took months and repeated phone calls. We actually lost money because the insurance company would not apply the discount retroactively after they got the letter.

    We went with ADT instead. They will take care of security and maintaining the alarm for only a little more money. In addition the people at ADT were nicer.

    He did a great job. Was professional and knowledgeable about products and placement of components. He worked well with our electrician so they were not working at cross purposes. We have used him since to help with some smaller AV jobs.

    Terrible customer experience from first phone call to finish. Multiple calls scheduling delayed due to Comcast changing all customers to digital service and no priority for repair. Company did not seem to care about my issue. The first service technician knew nothing about the service other than screwing cable wire into the box. Service to Sanibel seems to be an inconvenience for this company.

    Comcast does not do what it says it's going to do. Repeatedly. Customer service is just as bad as their phone/internet service.
