    Academy Painting And More, LLC
Everything went as planned in the time given during the estimate. They arrived on time everyday, cleaned after themselves and also help with some additional patch work. I am very picky and felt anything I pointed out they quickly fixed. This being said, there were not any issues at all just I can be a bit OCD so if I saw a tiny spot in the corner that needed more paint they quickly fixed it. The price was also great, it was lower than the other contractors but they did not lack on quality. Overall it went well and I would definitely hire them again.

    Troy Santos Painting
Troy painted our kitchen cabinets. We went from a dark wood stain to a melo white and couldnt be happier with the results. His attention to detail is far beyond normal in a really good way. Would recommend Troy everyday and twice on Sunday.

Leo's Fine Trim Inc & Handyman Svcs
Leo did an outstanding job on the changes & improvements we wanted to make in our home. He is prompt, courteous, responsive, tidy & adaptive. We made several changes in the projects and Leo easily changed directions with our "new" plans. Leo is a highly skilled craftsman & it was a pleasure to work with him on our renovation projects. We LOVE our newly improved home. I am already compiling a list of additional projects in need of Leo's expertise. Thanks Leo!

    Mid-Florida Painting INC
This was not an easy job but Mr. Conti showed up on time, did an excellent job. Repaired and patched drywall, did minor electrical work (moving box) and did some small carpenter repairs in addition to painting the interior of a two story home with high ceilings. We are very happy with his work and would hire him again.

    Richard Lopez LLC
Richard Lopez LLC is so good at his job. We were both flexible with times and days so he fit me into the schedule in between other jobs, and much faster than I expected. He was kind, courteous, and listened to all of my concerns. Very professional! Richard knows what he is doing! I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Leo's Fine Trim Inc & Handyman Svcs
We would highly recommend Leos Fine Trim! He and his wife are detail oriented, punctual, and do high quality workmanship! We were in need of someone to install modern, glossy, flat panel kitchen cabinetry with precise carpentry work on this material and Leo came through for us! Leo used his ingenuity and created matching fillers, panels for the side of our ovens cabinetry box and other sides of cabinetry to match the white glossy front panels on the cabinets. He and his wife were kind, proficient, hard working and punctual. We would highly recommend them and we do plan to call on their service again.

    Expert Stucco Repair
Sadly it didnt happen. I really liked meeting Daniel and he seemed knowledgeable and thorough. But then he never returned any calls or the quote for the job. I was prepared to pay cash and hire immediately. Very dissapointed.

    Orange County Construction Co
My parents are in their 70's. They hired this company and signed over insurance benefits to them. Their salesman promised the moon. It sounded like it would make everything easy for my parents because one company would handle everything. A job that should have been 6 weeks (that's what they were told) took almost a year. My parents were out of their house the entire time. (We even watched as an entire neighborhood was built right down the road from them in less time) The companies used to paint, repair and replace were substandard. Everything was removed from the house. My parents were told nothing would be discarded without her consent. In other words, if it was non-salvageable she would have say in whether it was discarded. Her memorabilia was discarded without her knowledge as were many other things that could have been salvaged. We spoke to the company about this on at least 5 different occasions and they kept telling us it was all packed. We knew it wasnt because some of the things we pulled out of the dumpster ourselves. After unpacking these things were not recovered and there were things missing that were costly. There was worked that was not completed. The floors were to be grouted and sealed but it was not done. The money paid by the insurance for the floors was supposed to be credited to my mom but they only credited her half the amount they collected. The same happened with the money allotted for a huge mural that had been hand painted. She received credit for only half the amount the insurance allotted. There were issues with the appliances that is too lengthy to go into here. I had a meeting with the company owner to discuss the work not completed and the missing items. He acted like it would all be taken care of and was very pleasant until he realized the final check would not be handed over until it was settled. He threatened my parents with a lien for non-payment. I was there to settle this and make sure final payment was made. I had the check with me and told him I would follow him to the office to sign it over once his company wrote a check to my mom. There was no reason for such threats. In the end they credited my parents $500, far less than should have been. I was then sent an email claiming they would send this to their attorney if not paid in 5 days. We paid the balance even though it was not earned because it is too much on my parents to continue to drag it out. She did not want to be harassed any longer. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and especially anyone who is elderly and not able to stand up for themselves against aggressive measures.

    Kingdom Painting
A local high volume realtor/friend/neighbor recommended Kingdom to us and boy are we glad they did. Kingdom repainted every ceiling in the living spaces of our 4BR home. Sealed back stains and white. They moved and covered everything, took extreme care of our home and did a great job. Each person who showed up was pleasant, diligent and skilled. No rookies. The price was very fair, the communication with Jordan their coordinator was great and we have already agreed to use them again on another project. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

    Richard Lopez LLC
Awesome. Richard is very meticulous with his work. He shows up when he says and stays in touch each step in the process. My husband and I were very happy with the work as well as how professional Richard was. The townhouse he painted was 1200 sq feet and we thought his price was competitive when we hired him, after seeing his work the price was outstanding.
