    Generally speaking, they do a great job as far as I am concerned. My appointments are good, I get in on time, doctors take the time talking to me, any questions I have they answered thoroughly and I don't leave until I'm done. More often that not, if I'm there early I get in early. No neglect, no oversights, no mistakes and I've been going to them about a year. They are prompt, courteous, thorough and professional. They have a clinic on Saturday and I can walk in and go see anybody I need to on a Saturday.

    They were excellent. I wouldn't have gotten better care anywhere else. Now I'm in there cardio pulmonary rehab program. They have a maintenance follow up program at a very reasonable cost. I have no problems with the staff there. In fact they are right tops in some areas on Angie's List surveys that come out annually in Newsweek or one of the magazines. It's a little confusing because they do have doctors that are employed by Florida Hospital and I used one before he joined them and it was excellent. It would not have gotten better because then he would be in with a group of doctors. I really don't have any complaints about them.

    I was a patient in Florida hospital.  I had been to couple of them one in Altamonte Springs and in Orlando; it’s a multi chain hospitals in multi locations.  I had been to both of them and I had been to one in Orlando 2 years ago.  My experience was excellent.  They have good nursing care and the rooms are nice and clean.  The staff is great, if you not feeling good they try to make it best as possible.  I would recommend them to family and friends.  With regards to the punctuality of the hospital, well there is no such thing.

    *There was CONFUSION CONCERNING MY REGISTRATION AND/OR ACCOUNT NUMBER. I had registered a second time due to canceling my procedure on 5.18.10 and moving it to 5.25.10. It seemed like 15 or 20 minutes in which I listened to the nurses trying to get my information straight on the computer. Finally, another nurse, Darlene, corrected the problem. IT WAS NO FUN LISTENING TO THIS PROCESS AND WONDERING IF THE RIGHT PROCEDURE WOULD PERFORMED ON ME AS THE CORRECT PATIENT. Mrs. Brandon did not address this problem with me at all. *I had been told that upon dismissal from the hospital the RULES STATED THAT I MUST BE WHEELED TO THE CAR. IN ACTUALITY, A NURSE AND TAILI WALKED ME TO THE CAR. Mrs. Brandon did not address this issue either. *TWO EKG PADS WERE WERE NOT REMOVED FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF MY CHEST, which I discovered later at home. (see scanned photos) Mrs. Brandon never mentioned as to why it was left or promised to look into the matter even though I addressed it several times. *I noticed several days after the surgery an ITCHY IRRITATION BETWEEN MY LEGS. I treated this with Benadryl Itch Relief Spray and Baby Powder which did not help. Finally, I saw my primary care physycian on 6.10.10. He said that I have a fungus - Candida albicans, for which he gave me a script for Ketoconazole Cream 2%. I did not have this fungus prior to being at Central Florida Regional Hospital. Mrs. Brandon spoke with my urologist, and they both claimed that the hospital could not have been the cause. I told Mrs. Brandon that I had never, before, had this problem. *I had planned with my doctor to have another procedure at Central Florida Regional Hospital this month. Given the pattern of problems that I have incurred, that will not happen at this hospital. At the end of our conversation, Mrs. Brandon recommended that I find another urologist, and that she could not satisfy my issues or complaints. Mrs. Brandon did not seem open to any suggestions, criticisms, or changes.

    My experience with them has been good. They keep competing with different companies so they keep trying to up their annual and everything. I'm going in again there tomorrow.
