    We test drove a Mazda 3 S Grand Touring for my wife on Saturday, continued to do our homework and went back on Sunday to purchase the vehicle after seeing the Internet Price they had listed online.
    When I told them I wanted to purchase the car at the advertised price I was told that they couldn't do that.  I got up to leave but was then asked what I would pay for the car.  I stated that I wanted  their best price using the advertised price as a starting point and was told to wait.  After quite awhile they came to get the keys for the vehicle we were planning to trade in.  After a few more minutes we were  turned over to their "inventory manager" who I believe was actually Mike the General Sales Manager. He immediately informed me that we didn't qualify for the internet price and that I should have "read the disclaimers".
    He then quoted me a price several thousand dollars above the advertised price (including a $2,000 charge for window Tint.. SERIOUSLY)  and offered a ridiculously low price for our trade in. He treated my wife in a condescending manner and was basically a complete jerk. I had to ask for my keys back multiple times to leave. When I did get them back, he followed us out to our car continuing to tell me I should have read the disclaimers and that "everyone" posts misleading prices. 
    Dishonest dealership. We will be purchasing a Mazda elsewhere and will be happy to drive past Cory Fairbanks mazda to go elsewhere for service. This is the kind of dealership that gives car dealers a bad name.

    I took my car in for an oil change and they informed me that my brake calipers were rusty and would cost $2100 to replace.  Rust was not covered by the warantee.  They said the best they could do was $1900 or I could call the general manager of my original dealer.  When I said they screwed me, he got indignant and said, "We do not screw people.  If we made a mistake, I'll research it and we'll fix it."  In an hour, he called back with the number of another Hyundai dealer who fixed the problem.  It cost me nothing.  I think it is very important that the company was honorable even though the salesman was questionable.

    I went in and they took advantage of me. I payed $38,000 for a used mustang. After looking at it and talking to others I realized I got took. When I went in I told them all I wanted was a fair deal. I have a very good credit score. I was not given a fair amount for my trade in. Overall, I was took advantage of. I was charged top dollar and got an upside down deal.

    They are excellent and we got an extended warranty when we bought the car. They didn't try to up sell you for anything. It was just like, this is what we have and if you want it is yours. They were professional and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with the laid back atmosphere.
