THE WORST SERVICE EVER! They dropped our piano off the back of the truck and couldn't lift it back up by themselves. I called at 0830 to check on availability and they were at my condo by 12:00 PM. Two of the pieces of furniture were heavy and unwieldy and they (2 men) handled it very well. There was an elevator at the condo but they had to carry the furniture up a flight of stairs at the apartment. The whole move took 2 hours, start to finish, with no damage. Arthur and Justin showed up on time and with a friendly smile. They asked to review what would be moved and explained the paperwork in detail. They shrink wrapped what needed to be and nothing was scratched or damaged. Will use again!!

We went with Instamove due to their rates. They got all of our furniture moved without a scratch. Everything was wrapped in plastic, moving pads and strapped down so it wouldn't move. They were professional, polite, efficient, personable. Everything was spelled out from the first call to the company to the end of the move. They moved us on a Saturday at no extra cost. They moved us from a golf villa in Ormond Beach, Florida to a golf villa in Tampa, Florida. This was scheduled by phone. They did not require an initial visit which was a big help since we were in New York.
