    All Star Heating and Cooling of Central Florida
    LES WITH All Star Heating and Air has always given me great customer service. The first a/c unit I bought from him he quoted me the wrong price (lower than it should have been), but he still honored what he quoted me. I had the hardest time finding a company who I could trust, was reasonable and dependable. He was able to set up a payment plan for me when I needed it and didn't try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I bought a second unit for another part of the house and was just as satisfied with the service. I recommended him to my daughter and she was also very pleased with the service. I'm glad I have someone to go to now for any a/c problems!

    I was shocked by the price. Because I had two compressors I was charged for two fees. Each fee was $85.00. He was only able to fix one. He said it was the a/c people who had to fix the problem on my second compressor. I had another a/c tech come out and he said I needed to call in another electrician, which I did and he fixed the problem. It was not an a/c problem at all. I wouldn't have minded paying the first fee but the second one I think was a scam. I will not be recommending your company.

    It was a Sunday morning and I noticed my A/C unit does not provide cool air at all. I called ServiceOne and was told that because it was a Sunday, a normal $75 diagnostic check would cost me $135. I ordered the service anyway. A technician named Guy G came a few hours later. He quickly found the problem - the refrigerant in my system is low, and added 5 lb of refirgerant to my system. The problem was solved. He just chared me the cost of refrigerant (with 10% discount for member of Angie's List), and did not even charge me for the diagnostic test! I am very satisfied with the service provided by Guy G and highly recommend ServieOne.

    They said it was not coming from the AC. But we had the same issues on both sides of the house about 4-5 years ago. They sent a senior tech and he still didn't figure out the problem. They said they would be here on Monday, but they never showed and rescheduled for Tuesday. We have had issues before with them not being prompt. Today they didn't figure out the water issue and said we should clean the coils! Talk about a bait and switch. Very annoying.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The first time I called unfortunately was about 4 days prior to Hurricane Irma coming so they were understandably busy, we set an appointment for 3 weeks later. I called a couple of times to see if there was any cancellations to get on the schedule and there were none and each time it felt as if I was burdening them. When the day came for the appointment I called to get an estimated time which they could not give me because of the way they schedule. Needless to say they did not show up. I called to reschedule again took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule, a service tech came out though we were unable to do anything as there were apparently some code issues and they needed to schedule time to come out. I tried to get an estimate on pricing and was told that there wasn't really a good estimate as they charge based on 15 minute intervals, my estimate was around $600. A few days later I called to try and get a more firm estimate and to request a rate I was willing to pay higher than the estimate just to make sure that it was in reason, and confirmed the appointment for a few days later. Appointment came and no one showed up, I called back and they said I did not confirm. We scheduled again for another appointment I tired to get another estimate and was told something similar. In the meantime I received a bill of which I called to ask if I could pay after service was completed they said that would work and were supposed to note it in the file. A few days later I receive another bill with a late fee I called to get that rectified and no one seemed to be able to do anything. The day it came to finally get someone out I called in the morning and was informed I was 7th on the list I said that seems like it won't happen and was told it would be in the middle of the afternoon. Afternot receiving any calls I called at 3:00 and asked what the ETA was, a call was placed to the tech and no one called me. An hour later I called and was told that the tech was pulled off the job and wouldn't make it out and that the job was going to be signifigantly longer and more expensive than I was previously told. I said I would find someone else.

    This was the company my American Home Shield Warranty assigned to me due to the air handler unit leaking in garage. I was very apprehensive based on previous reviews about this company. I found none of the issues others experienced. Nelson and his associate were here when promised, I was given a reasonable wait window between 8-12, they were courteous, thorough and willing to clearly explain things to me as they worked, since i am the person maintaining the system. They were honest about the possibility of needing further work and promised to check back. I would have no hesitation about using this company again, even if the work isn't covered by AHS warranty. I think it is unfortunate that many companies take the brunt of people's frustrations and receive poor reviews when it is the warranty company's refusal to cover the repair that is making people dissatisfied. I was very happy with World Class AC service.

    It didn't. The tech diagnosed the problem but didn't have access to the part needed to fix it. He asked the company to work with me on price for a return visit once I purchased the part and they said no. They were scheduled to come the day before I waited the entire day and got a call at 5:30 that they needed to reschedule for the following day between 8-10. I said fine. The tech arrived about 10:45. No one called to say he'd be late. The tech was very nice and sincerely wanted to help but could do nothing about it. Not his fault at all

    Impressively, Orlando Vasquez of Consolas was able to diagnose the issue with our air handler over the phone - the condensation drain line was clogged. He and his assistants came the very next day and cleared out the line, and also quoted us for the additional ductwork to cool my office. I found their quote agreeable and they returned a week later to perform the ducting expansion, which they did quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves with great care. The Consolas Air crew is polite and thorough - I will definitely continue doing business with them. FYI - the service visit was < $50. The price below is for addition of ~50 ft of new supply. a new return duct, and installation of new registers.

    A/C went out last night (noticed around 10pm). I called and left a message. Received a call back shortly after 8:00am saying they could have someone out between 10-11:30. Repairman was here by 10:30 and had problem diagnosed and repaired within 1/2 hour! So happy on this expected record-breaking temperature day!
