    Initially, Pink Plummer was called to locate and stop a leak. A leak specialist had to be called in to locate the leak. After location of the leak it was determined that it might be more cost effective to repipe the area rather than continuing digging and breaking concrete. I���m still at a loss as to why the entire home had to be repiped to fix a leak in the master bedroom bath??

    I placed a service call for a no cooling problem.  $75.00 service charge apparently for the truck to drive to my house.  Technician found a clogged drain line.  For him to blow out the drain line cost an additional $60.00.  I never did understand the reasoning
    behind the charges and still don't.  I have no argument with the contractor, I just choose not to do business with him in the future

    The salesman, Dennis, who came to our home was right on time.  Dennis was very professional and through in presenting his products.  We were able to review all the other types of water conditioning systems.  We have not had need for a water softer for the pass 19 years so this was a very important purchase for us.  The Kinetico system is far and above the best product on the market and Superior has been representing them for decades.  We made the purchase and they installed the system the next day, a Saturday.  Very professional work done in a vey efficient manner.  Thanks to Angie's List we found the best supplier for our needs!

    We set up an appointment with the company, and they were very accommodating to our schedule.   It's a small family-owned company, and Scott came out to explain the system and options to us.   We had talked to several companies, and by far he was the most professional and informative.   We were glad that their prices were also relatively reasonable, so we decided to work with them.
    We had some scheduling issues with travel on our side, and the company worked with our changing schedule.
    We asked that the equipment be installed in an inconspicuous location around back of the house resulting in a more challenging installation.   Yet there wasn't a whisper of complaint.  They were 100% accommodating to our needs.   Scott explained the technology to us before he left.   A couple of weeks later we discovered that we wanted our water to be a little less soft than the typical settings.   When we couldn't figure out the manual, Scott went through how to configure the system.   And then he came out to check and adjust it himself.

    the plumber was professional and punctual. The issue is they are 30% higher. I was in a bind, so I contracted with them, but I knew, for example, what other companies charged to install my water softener. They were totally out of line.  I can only believe that they were significantly higher to plumb my sink, but I had to get it done and didn't have the time to call around.

    A friend highly recommended Mr. Water stating that his work was done in a professional, courteous and timely maner. I checked Angies List to see if Mr. Water was listed here and sure enough they were. And they were highly rated. I called for an estimate and scheduled an in-home visit for the next day. Mike arrived right on time and explained the options available and the purpose of each in an easy to understand way, with a brochure and pictures that anyone could understand. I decided on the system I wanted and was quoted a price. When I mentioned that I found his company on Angies List, Mike smiled and immediately reduced the price by $50.00 just as was stated on Angies List. I asked Mike if my sprinkler system would be using soft water as well as the house water. He explained that they would install the piping so as not to treat the water that was going to the sprinkler system. This saves money on salt used to soften the water. I liked that idea. I didn't want the system taking up space in the garage, so Mike said it was ok to install the systen outside and out of the way, next to the airconditioner unit and out of plain view. The installation went flawlessly at the agreed upon time. The piping was laid underground so that there was no change in landscape appearance. Once the installation was complete, the operation was explained in detail. Servicing the unit seems easy enough for any homeowner to accomplish, however Mr. Water will come out and perform any service required if the homeowner chooses not to do it him or herself. That means a lot in a retirement community like ours. Many of us don't get around like we used to.

    After the unit was installed and we had a chance to experience the benefits of softer water, we found that we use less soap in the clothes washer and are now able to use shorter washing cycles and therefore less water. We have noted that the wash cloth lathers up much better with soap and I feel cleaner steping out of the shower now. The dishwasher seems to do a better job on the dishes, glasses and pots and pans with less spotting. I give Mr. Water 5 STARS, and would recommend them highly.

    Installation arranged through Lowes.  Lowes had a special that 2nd installation of any product was 40% off.  This put their price close to 2 other plumbers and 1 said they don't take away old toilets, they leave them on the curb.  Our rubbish collector would not have picked them up and our Homeowners Assoc. would have had a fit if we had done that.
    Lowes did charge for a "disposal" fee, but the $225 included that fee.

    The plumber was neat, efficient, the plumbing is working well.  He cleaned up after himself, was friendly and was careful about the removal and installation.

    The toilets came with seats and bolts, etc.  One seat had a manufacturing defect, the plumber called Lowes, they said to come in and get a new one if we wanted, we said we couldn't do that so Lowes sent an employee to our home with a new seat.  We are located about 16 miles from their store.  We thought that was exceptional customer service.  This was one of the reasons we felt comfortable paying a little more for a Lowes installer.  We have experience good customer service from them in the past.

    They were to come at 9:00 AM no word by 10:45 AM so I called. Had to leave message. Had to leave at 11:15 for Dr. appt. Come home & they had been here around  1:00 PM called as they didn't do well I had wanted. Came back and finished they did no address where I need an additional sprinklers in back.
