ABaxter RestorationAll of the Baxter team was exceptionally professional and easy to work with. They were very transparent with the process and worked hard to get the job done during the Corona virus outbreak. Mold was found during the project, and they adapted accordingly, removing drywall and flooring quickly. All the testing was done to ensure everything was mold free. Abby was the first point of contact and he really made me (senior widow) comfortable that they would be attentive prompt. Alex came out to the job and answered all questions and supervised the project and gave me even more confidence that the mold would be taken care of and team would be respectful of all the social distancing requirements. David M., one of the main contractors went out of his way to get needed material from other stores, when the local one didn't have the desired vanity. They disinfected the work area (and the rest of the home) as they wrapped up the project. As a senior widow, they really made me feel comfortable that all the right steps were taken to keep me safe, and the job done was great.- Carolyn C.

ASecure Restoration IncGreatly helped us when our home was hit by lightning and major fire. Zach was there the day after, and his team immediately began the remediation/restoration work necessary to preserve the unburnt portions, and ensure the integrity of the rest of the home. Very helpful in understanding the various codes re rebuild, claim procedures, and most importantly how to avoid mold conditions as quickly as possible. Multiple teams were engaged to address all of our personal belongings helping us save time and concern. Responded very quickly whenever a concern came up, such as re-tarp of roof during recent hurricane. A great relief to us through the initial and rebuild stages. Highly recommend. He came in and dried up all the wet floors, carpets, baseboards, etc. He dealt directly with the insurance company and made sure the adjuster was aware of all the damage. AThe Phillips CorpI called Phillips corporation on a Thursday, I got a price to remove the mold that afternoon and three hours later they were there removing the mold. I then got a price to get everything put back together again, which I must say was a very reasonable price as well as the mold remediation price. They had a lot of jobs scheduled ahead of mine but due to the fact that my brother who is disabled lived in the house and had no running water in the kitchen they found a way to get the guys out there the next day to complete my job . Everyone that I've dealt with in the company, from the girls so answer the phone to the remediation crew, rebuilding crew and the plumber were phenomenal in regards to professionalism, courtesy, and they all seem to be enjoying their work, which is not seem very often anymore. AI've been using Universal Air & Heat for years now. We recently had a new unit installed in my grandmother's condo by Steve the technician. A day after installation we realized there was a small leak in the waterline. Steve came out promptly and professionally every morning until the issue was resolved.
