    I ended up getting a piece I never needed and was overcharged for the piece. The very next day when I went to wash my clothes the machine didn't work and it was twice as worse. I called to ask for a refund, which he agreed to, but then a few hours later a texted a bs story why he couldn't give me a refund. I would never use this service again and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

    VERY BAD, when we call them and ask if they were LG authorize repair company, they responded yes, but once in the house, they did a WRONG diagnosis and refuse to perform a warranty repair. We call LG directly, and they send a "real" tech that fix the problem immediately and explain the problem and that the previous diagnosis was not only incorrect but unprofessionally done. we strongly recommend anyone looking for service, not to hire this company at all, and Angie's list should not recommend them, it gave them a "Bad Name"

    ECM sent a serviceman approximately 1 hour after I called. He diagnosed the problem after a thorough check of my freezer and ordered the necessary circuit board. He then returned a few days later and installed it. It works perfectly! The serviceman was polite and very professional and I am very pleased with ECM service.

    Have had this washer for 10 years and the door gasket over time gets a build up of mold. We have tried cleaning it and always leave the door open but it was time to replace it. Called A & J because they had done great work on the Dryer and talked for about 15 minutes about the washer. Was told up front that if they replace it and we still leave the door open after the washer is finished that over time the problem will return. Talked about other replacement brands and was given names and models numbers and contacts to call. My point is you just don't see service like this anymore. It was GREAT and if they talked me out of the repair they lost a sale (still deciding what to do) but gain a very happy customer. I will always use them.......

    I called this morning because we woke up to a refrigerator that wasnt cooling. They called before showing and showed up on time. Normally you dont see that with service companies. They came out in the afternoon and had the part to fix the refrigerator. Being a first time customer I am highly impressed with this company.

    Went well, but over charged us - Nice workman, very punctual - Over charged for turning on a faucet none of us knew was off! Honestly told us that was the issue - A+++, but charged $150 for the righty tighty, lefty loosely - F --- & would not rehire because of that alone

    Repair technician Marcus arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. He advised on the cost and the need to order a replacement part. When the part became available, he called to schedule a time to do the repair. Again he was prompt and fixed our dishwasher. Very professional and knowledgeable.

    Very well. when I called to contract their services, the phone was answered promptly. The technician arrived on time. while the job appears somewhat easy ( my opinion, not my field of work), it was the act of service that impressed me. He was very polite and informative. He told me what was needs to be done and took care of it. I then asked him to wait to help me put the stove back after I sweep the **** and dirt that accumulated around the stove. He offered to sweep it and then returned the stove to the original position. While I anticipated he would put back the stove, sweeping I don't think is his job. I thank him very much because I'm suffering from the effects of a stroke. Maybe it was his training, or how he is as a person but I call it great service, which is a far cry from my recent experience with a particular cable company. Thanks again A&J.

    Not so good. I contacted the company on 7/13 and spoke to Tony. I described my problem and he said they would come out and see what parts they needed and be back in a couple of days to replace the required parts. I told him I would be out of town for a few days and he told me to call back when I got back into town. I told him I travel for my job and I am out of town every week and I didn't mind having to wait for them to return to complete the repair. He said they would come out 'tomorrow between 10 am and 2 pm'. I told him that would be fine as I would be home all day. Well, 10 am to 2 pm came and went. At about 2:10 pm I called to ask if someone would be out. Juliana told me Cody had called me and said his truck was broke and he would be late. I told her Cody may have called someone ---but not me. She suggested I check my cell coverage. (Cody had called a different customer-not me.) There was a great deal of discussion about 'why are you so angry' and she was trying to save young men's souls from what the world had done to them and they were an honest business, etc. etc. Tony was in the background saying, 'she said she would be home all day'. First off just because I was to be home all day did not mean I should spend all day waiting for their technician. Secondly, I was angry as I do travel so my days at home are limited and I have a lot to do while in town. Thirdly I was not pleased with Juliana's gibberish. Just answer my question and lets move on. Well, Cody calls and indicates he will be out to my house in about 30 minutes. OK fine. We are moving forward. Cody arrived. Nice young man. He determines what parts are needed and I write A & J Appliances a check for $371.43 to cover parts and labor. A few days later Cody calls to say he can't get all the parts. I tell him I will pay for the service call -- $89.95 and we agree he will return the original check. I then called LG Factory service and they came out on Friday 7/15. They will return tomorrow to install two of the three items I wanted. The replacement ice bucket for the door is no longer available. The cost will be $250.00 and that includes all parts and labor and service call fees. The moral of the story is: First and foremost do not buy LG appliances as parts seem to be difficult to get. My fridge is only 8 years old and was purchased new so I would think parts would be more readily available. (Unless the quality is so poor they have already used the spares produced.) Secondly, use a different appliance service. These people are difficult to deal with. I always try to use local independent business services. However, this choice was a mistake.
