AMold Diagnostic ServicesMike and Conor did a fantastic job at not only solving my issue, but explaining to me how to control mold in my home. These guys are the real deal! They are highly qualified, extremely educated in their field and very meticulous in their work. I appreciated that they didn’t just look at my one problem area; instead they inspected the entire outside and inside of my home to get to the root cause of my mold problem. There were several areas of my home that didn’t have mold at the moment but would have developed mold in the future. This ensures that I will not have future problems, saving me money in the long run. Throughout the entire process they were happy to answer any questions and made me feel very comfortable; we had many laughs along the way. APuroClean Emergency Services - JacksonvilleEd came over to inspect our AC and vents and saw no mold. We were experiencing an odor and we were quite worried. He was able to sanitize our air handler and educate us able mold. He was very knowledgeable, honest, fast, very friendly and was super professional and I would recommend him and ProClean to anybody. BIntegrity RestorationI broke a water line and this flooded a bathroom, bedroom, hallway, and a part of my kitchen. The water restoration began the same day of the water leak. Total time for water restoration was about 6 days. Mold testing and restoration was the next step. This took about 14 days, including the restoration of the mold. Main time delay was sending the test to Texas for analysis. Final step was the reconstruction. This did not begin until about 40 days after the mold restoration was completed. I do not hold Integrity Restoration responsible for this long delay. This was an insurance claim, thus by the time all parties reached an agreement it simply took time. Accolades for Max at Integrity for taking care of all the insurance on my behalf. Glen, the owner told me on the day we met they would take care of everything and they did! He also made sure I knew this process would take 3-4 months because insurance companies can work slowly. In my case this was true. Overall I am very happy with the service I was provided. The staff at Integrity were very quick to answer my questions and clarify my concerns.- sherman r.
