ANeligan Construction & Roofing LLCIt was a good experience. Ed Jens was very helpful throughout the process. I had a lot of rot that had to be repaired on my home. Ed and his crew leader Mitch fixed up my house and resided it. It looks great now. Ed was upfront about the cost. There were no surprises there. He was affordable and fair. His work is excellent. He documented everything he fixed with pictures. Mitch was the crew leader on the project. He was there everyday. He was so easy to work with. Very nice. He is excellent and very skilled. He did a great job. The crew was great. They cleaned up everyday. I mean... sweeping, leaf blowing, every day before they left. The crew was very kind when my kids ran in and out of the house all day long and the 6 month old dog snuck out behind them. Someone from the crew usually caught my dog for me. All my old siding was taken off the house. My home was resided in Hardie Plank and repainted. The chimney had to be rebuilt it was so rotted. I knew this going into the project. The nice thing about working with Neligan is they do roofing too, because I needed a new chimney cap and didn’t have to hire a separate contractor. If you hire Neligan, I hope you get Ed’s crew. AFirst Coast Home Pros1/8/21 Review: Andrew and Barry showed up on time and proceeded to pressure wash our pool deck, pool screen enclosure and soffits. They removed, bagged leaves, and flushed gutters. They took great care to protect electrical outlets, cameras, plants, etc. We have used First Coast Home Pros several times and are very pleased with the results. Our home is sparkling clean now. AFirst Coast Home ProsAlthough we had to split the work into two appointments due to high wind on the first scheduled day, everything was completed in a timely manner. My services included window cleaning inside and out; window sill and screen cleaning; pressure wash of screened enclosure, driveway, and back patio; and roof cleaning for algae stain removal. I received explanatory emails in addition to pre-arrival phone calls. The crew was polite, efficient, and professional. Care was taken to protect outside objects such as the fence and bushes. It's a pleasure to look out my windows now, and the screened porch sparkles. I have use First Coast Home Pros for years, and I've never been disappointed.- Cynthia E.

A**Lengthy Review** I am one of those people that do not typically take the time to review, if I do, it is because I genuine think that the experience was exceptional and beyond reproach, deserving of a shout out. With that said, Full Force Pressure Washing has checked every block as a business. This company was referred to me my a friend a few years ago and I have used them ever since, on multiple properties. As an investor, I approach dealing with contractors knowing that you typically must choose two of the following: Quality, Service, and Price... you do not get all three... 99.9% of the time. Full Force is in the 0.1%. They are professional, responsive, consistent, accommodating, friendly, thorough, punctual, careful with the property (no damaged siding, windows, etc.), appreciative of patronage, and provide an all around exceptional service while remaining priced below market average. As their business has grown over the years, they have managed to continue to make me feel valued as a customer. On multiple occasions I have called sort of last minute needing fairly fast service (within a few days or so) due to a scheduled appraisal. Where most companies would simply give me the next available date regardless of convenience to me, Full Force made it a point to get me in as soon as possible, without relinquishing their responsibility to other customers, and stayed late to do so as needed. At this point, there is no other pressure washing company that I will use in the Jacksonville area, period. If I can't get on their schedule at a given time of year (which has never happened) I will simply wait. If Full Force ever went out of business, I'd be legitimately upset... sounds ridiculous I know, "It's just pressure washing!" However, that's not the point... the point is that it is extremely RARE today to find a company of this caliber. They are doing all the right things and should be recognized as such. **This is not a paid review, I do not receive discounts or special treatment in return for a review. I will also be posting this same review with the BBB, Yelp, Google and wherever else I feel this might help Full Force Pressure Washing grow.**

AThe 5 Brothers Pressure Wash Company did an excellent job all around. We needed our sidewalk patio driveway and portions of the house pressure washed.
