AFirst Coast Home Pros1/8/21 Review: Andrew and Barry showed up on time and proceeded to pressure wash our pool deck, pool screen enclosure and soffits. They removed, bagged leaves, and flushed gutters. They took great care to protect electrical outlets, cameras, plants, etc. We have used First Coast Home Pros several times and are very pleased with the results. Our home is sparkling clean now. AFirst Coast Home ProsAlthough we had to split the work into two appointments due to high wind on the first scheduled day, everything was completed in a timely manner. My services included window cleaning inside and out; window sill and screen cleaning; pressure wash of screened enclosure, driveway, and back patio; and roof cleaning for algae stain removal. I received explanatory emails in addition to pre-arrival phone calls. The crew was polite, efficient, and professional. Care was taken to protect outside objects such as the fence and bushes. It's a pleasure to look out my windows now, and the screened porch sparkles. I have use First Coast Home Pros for years, and I've never been disappointed.- Cynthia E.

They exceeded my expectations by paying special attention to detail and I cannot believe how much of a difference the house and driveway look after they pressure washed. CThe first person they sent was there all day but didn't do anything. The 2nd person they sent was just ok. We paid extra for some things that were not done. They did credit me the money back the first time so I only paid once. It was a little difficult scheduling through the app as well. The good people go first so you are left with people that are not as experienced.

FWhen my husband and I were leaving our rental home into our new home, I found At Your Service on Angie's List with what looked like good reviews. Oh, how I was disappointed. The first time they 'cleaned' the house was left with a cigarette smell and a window left wide open at 9-9:30 at night, cabinets weren't cleaned, bathroom wasn't cleaned, kitchen floors were filthy like they just mopped over dirt, window sills weren't wiped down, there were still cobwebs in one of the rooms, fans weren't dusted, the list goes on. When confronted Debbie was amazingly unprofessional, she claimed her workers did a poor job because they were 'tired'. If they're tired, don't send them to work and charge people full price of $150 for a service you're unable to provide to even a reasonable standard of work.

AMy dryer vent routes through my attic and out on the roof. Not a great design and I was unable to clean the entire tract. Absolute Clean Air representatives were professional, polite, and did an excellent job! My drying time is less than half! Absolutely recommend them!!!
