    CN Romack
Mr. Romack sent a man who said he was Mr. Romack's father-in-law to take measurements and discuss work to be done. This gentleman told us we would hear something soon. Never heard back from them again, even after repeated calls that went to voicemail. If Mr. Romack did not want to do the work the professional thing would have been to call us and say so, we held up our projects for three weeks waiting to hear from him.

    Broome Property Enterprises
David Broome answered first call quickly, came out and measured and discussed work to be done, said he would have a quote for work in a week. We tried to call Mr. Broome multiple time, he never responded, we never received a quote. If he did not want to do the work, he should have been professional enough to let us know, waiting for a response delayed us getting started on our work.

    FAS Windows & Doors
FAS replaced all 18 of our houses windows, and installed a new patio door. Workers were punctual, worked diligently, and did an excellent job! One of the windows came from the manufacturer with a minor fault, and FAS worked quickly to get it fixed without us even asking. We are extremely happy.

    Broome Property Enterprises
After a free estimate, Broome Property Enterprises quoted me a fair price and said it would take 2 days to complete the work, which I thought was more than reasonable.  Even after adding on the task of repainting the room, it only took them one day to do the job.  They did great work and were very professional, cleaning up after they were finished.  I really appreciated their hustle and the quality of their work.  I highly recommend them, and I will be keeping their number handy for any future work that I need to have done.

    Window World of Central Florida
Three men came to my home at 9:30 am Tuesday. Not all were in uniform. Carlos was in charge and had his 7 year old at my home. The child used the restroom and left urine on the toilet and floor. One of the workers was trying to get the window loose. Instead of cutting the window out they used a crowbar and damaged the front of my home. There are metal pieces on the window frame that they used a blow torch to cut out. They were popping glass all over the inside of my home. They tried to saw out the window and due to having some of the glass popped out already there was concrete dust and sawdust all over my home. They covered nothing. They did not recess the windows at all and caulked them in. They only did 3 windows and left the additional 7 in my garage and told me to call the office and get  another appointment set up for the remaining service. I spoke to Amanda who is in charge of setting up installations and she wanted to send the same 3 men out a few days later. She took me off speaker phone and I spoke to Dennis who is the installation manager. I tried to discuss the issues with the service rendered and Dennis wanted to send the same 3 men to my home. Thursday morning I woke up sick again due to all the dust. I called the company at 8:01 am and declined service from the same 3 individuals. Those 3 individuals showed up at 9:30 am wanting to do the remaining service. I declined and told them I had already called the office to cancel the service appointment. Dennis called me and told me he would be at my home in a few hours as he was on the other side of town. I called my friend to be my witness. Dennis arrived and after a brief assessment he agreed the 3 windows were not done appropriately. He agreed the dirt and dust was not acceptable. He agreed to pay for damage, cleaning, and resolve the issues with the house. He promised me that my home would be exactly how it was before the initial service was rendered. He said he would send out his best crew who could do the full service in one day which he did. The crew removed and reinstalled the 3 windows and also installed the other 7. Dennis offered to pay out of pocket all expenses for services to resolve all the issues in my home and garage due to their service. I told Dennis that I don't have faith in the company to do the job. I also told him I was on vacation that week and I work 2 jobs and 7 days a week. I work 8-5 mon - fri and 24 hours on the weekends. He said he would compensate me for ruining my vacation. I told him I had new blinds scheduled to come in that had to be rescheduled numerous times already. He said he would compensate me for my loss of privacy, and energy consumption. I couldn't have my home cleaned till the following Monday. I've had to pay for a commercial cleaner out of my pocket, the contractor to fix the damage to the outside of my home. I had no privacy for 2 weeks. Dennis and I have been in constant contact since this discussion and he only wants to pay for the cleaning of my home, the cleaning of my car and repair of the damage to my TV. After the cleaning crew came in they noticed my leather sofa, love seat, entertainment center and tv all had white caulking on them. The cleaning crew could not remove the caulk from any of the surfaces. I have a voice recording of the conversation with Dennis of all his promises. I'm trying to be very professional and courteous with the provider. I have requested the certificate of workers comp and liability from window world. They supplied both documents for Carlos only not the company. I have requested he pay for the damages to the items in my home to which he has declined. He wanted to spend $60 to buy me a new tv. I have called several times to speak to the owner and I have expressed via email that I wanted to speak to the owner. They will not fill out an insurance claim and they refuse to allow me to speak to the owner. I have not paid them for the service. I have signed a paper that the company provided that states I will not pay for the remaining services till all issues are resolved so they have yet to be paid for the full service.

    May Construction
I called May Construction for a quote before checking with Angies List. We were considering replacing old worn-out windows in our older manufactured home with newer design double pane vinyl windows. Steve May was able to find a source and got us a quote for both the standard trailer home type windows and the more expensive energy efficient windows. We were very serious about getting the better windows but after more research and consideration of the economic sense of our situation we decided to go with the standard windows.

After the window order came in we got the call and scheduled the installation.Steve and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. Most of the window installations required some modification of the window framing due to a little difference in the replacement window frame depth. This was unavoidable because the original old window design were not being made anymore. Not really much extra work and there was no extra charge. One window opening had some old wood damage from water leaks in the past. It looked to me like it would need some rebuilding of the wood framing but they were able to install the window without any restoration. They also repaired the inside sill of that window which looked pretty bad in the corner of that window frame. It turned out looking like it was new.
Overall it was a pleasant experience.

    FAS Windows & Doors
Fantastic service and product from start to finish. We visited the show room. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and absolutely no high pressure tactics or up sale. The doors were available fro install well before the promised date. The installers were very professional, they were real craftsmen and did a fantastic job of clean up. We will use in future for windows and front door.

    CN Romack
We were very impressed with the creativity, and attention to detail of the final fit and finish. The changes we wanted to make were difficult to make logistically, but Newly Romack made it work beautifully. I beleive all the team members are family, and it shows. The pulled some long days, and also one Saturday, which we had not problem with, to get various components completed. We are very, very happy with the results.

    Baxter Windows and Doors LLC
We called Baxter Windows after having a disappointing previous estimate given to us to replace 18 wooden double-hung windows. We needed windows that were white on the exterior and wood grained on the interior side for our kitchen, After the first estimate (the company was not on Angie's List) we were very disappointed as we were told that we would have to spray paint white windows brown, if we wanted to keep the wood grain look for our kitchen windows, and glue wooden strips over the new windows to keep the white grids from showing inside! That was definitely not going to happen. So we joined Angie's List and found Baxter Windows and contacted them. Things went wonderfully right from the start. We set up an appointment for Nathan, the owner, to come out and give us an estimate. He showed us his product, told us he had windows that would be white on the exterior and wood grain on the inside (including the grids showing on the inside) for our kitchen windows and gave us an estimate. He was very professional but still friendly and easy to ask questions of. We signed the contract and as soon as the windows he ordered came in he called and scheduled the installation. His installers came and finished in one day. We had originally thought it would take two days. The installers were professional and very competent. The kitchen windows did arrive with white grids showing on the wood grain interior side but one call to Nathan and he had the order corrected and promised us he would come and install the corrected windows as soon as the factory made the corrected ones. We had friends considering new windows on their house also and they visited while the installation was in progress and were so impressed they contacted Nathan for their replacement windows too. The windows are beautiful and we were very impressed and pleased with Baxter Window's service, product, installation, professionalism and the timely manner in which they conducted the whole process. We would definitely recommend them with an A+ !! (Nathan came out with the replacement windows as soon as they came in and removed the ones with the interior grids that were white and replaced them with the ones with the wood grain look! The wood grain is beautiful by the way!) Very pleasant experience and we are loving our new windows!

    Baxter Windows and Doors LLC

I am a first time home owner and have had multiple bids on replacing twelve large windows; Nathan, with Baxter Windows came in well below the other estimates. Despite the unusual nature of the house (it is round) and how complex the measurements were, everything turned out flawless. I strongly recommend this company.
