    From start to end it was nothing more than chaos. Upon move in there was no carpet cleaning, there was literal poop on the wall(s), and boogers, there was a leak in the wall that went unfixed for a year and a half, lawn was up to my knees, mold growing in frig and on floor around it, mold growing on back porch from standing water, coffee stains on walls, floors, railings and soooo many other issues. None of which they wanted to fix. Why??? Because they did not want to inform the owners of the house that they were not maintaining their property. 2 weeks without ac and I was told to live downstairs since we had 2 units while they "waited" for parts. A vendor who fixes clogged sinks with a wire hanger ���� this list could go on as well. Then upon move out i end up getting charged for all of these items that were there before I moved in because Nish lost our move in verification form, that shows how unorganized he and the company is. I had to end up sending them emails with proof and documentions to be able to recieve what they want to call a fair settlement on our deposit. I would have expected my whole refund back after having to clean poop, boogers, empty trash cans, clean mold and move furniture for a year and half so my belongings did not get wet when it rained. I do not feel as if i should be charged for carpet cleaning when i leave when i had to do it when i arrived, and I also do not see a reason why I should be charged to mow the lawn when i had to mow it in order to be abke to move in. If your a tenant beware you will never be able to get in touch with them via phone, email or portal. You will have to fight tooth and nail to get any of your deposit back, if your lucky you said all that paperwork yourself. You will move into filth even when they promise it will be handled before you move in. Home owners please be aware they lied to the owner stating the leak was fixed now they have a big problem on their hands with mold in carpet, walls and blinds. They also will tell you the house is in great shape when in reality it has poop on the walls and mold growing in places, thisbis what they told the owners when we moved in. They will claim they took the deposit from previous tenants and used it to clean carpets, professionally clean the home and mow the lawn but I can assure you that was not the case in my situation, someone kept that cash??? Nish was out PM and he is rude to tenants, never in the office and takes his time at resolving issues. I thank my lucky stars I will never have to do business with them again. Because frankly it has been a rough 2 years. I do not recommend them to manage a property or for someone to lease a home through them. And just so everyone is aware they pressure everyone to fill out these reviews immediately, when you sign a lease or when you hire them.... so you still have the warm fuzzies. To bad no one comes back and changes their reviews as they should.

    Because I had been a customer since I relocated to Florida for 3 years, I was informed that I would be grandfathered into my services when I moved from one location to another. I expected a small increase with the same bundle package I previously had, However Bright House (now Spectrum) transferred me as a new customer and it affected my channel lineup/services. I am paying a little more but I lost so many channels that I favored/watched. If I want to add them, I would be paying a whole lot more. Also I don't use a landline phone any longer and wanted to do away with the service. The Spectrum representative said if I remove the phone service, I will pay more money a month that I was better off staying with the bundle.

    They were very busy after Hurricane Matthew, but stayed in contact with us and notified us two days before they intended to do our job. I was anticipating they would need to completely replace one shutter, but they were able to repair it.

    William was very professional and punctual. He did everything we asked him to do in a very timely fashion with not one issue along the way. When we needed something else done that we were unaware of the first time we called him and he was right back the next day to have it all taken care of. Our systems went from very slow and unresponsive to working perfectly. I would highly reccomend him to anyone.

    It took 8 days for them to trouble shoot the install. They sent a new installer every day. Then the last guy said "that's the pit falls of being the first one in a new community". Finally a month later they replaced the wire that the supervisor said they needed to do and corrected the problem, or so they say. Its been now two months and they have been here almost 20 times, cant get channels that are supposed to be standard, the internet is slow and I pay for the fastest one. The system goes down at start of a small storm and takes forever to re=boot. Needless to say the residents are voting them out of the community.

    Mr. Lopez picked up my 55and quot; Vizio tv on 6/9/2014 to repair damage believed to have been caused by lightning. He was paid $60.00 for a house call. I had several conversations with Mr. Lopez over the following 6 weeks as to the status of the repair. It seems he was always having trouble getting the parts, the parts he did receive didn't work, family emergency, finding more problems after finally receiving workable parts. I do understand Mr. Lopez may have had issues with his parts supplier and understand the necessity of attending to family matters, however, after 6 weeks and still having no idea of when to expect the return of my tv, I called Mr. Lopez and advised him to keep the television.

    This hospital is wonderful. They attended to me promptly when I arrived on a Saturday and everyone from the desk staff, to nurses and doctors were so pleasant and caring. They explained everything along the way as far as their plan for me and handled everything very professionally. As awful as it is to have blood drawn repeatedly at 4am everyday, they were so sweet I couldn't be mad! The food service workers even called each day to find out what I would like for my meals as they gave me several options for each and it all tasted good! They took exceptional care of me, especially after my surgery, and I was almost sad to go home!

    The flash on my Canon Rebel XSi would not come up, and the shutter release button was stuck down. They promised to call the next day after I dropped it off with a quote. When I called them the day after that, they called back with a quote of $200.00. However, when they called to tell me it was ready, the tech said all it needed was cleaning, so the bill was only $125.00. I brought it home and was testing it, when I discovered the ISO button was stuck down (it must have happened when he screwed the top cover back on). So I called and made arrangements to take it back to them. At first the man at the counter said I could pick it up the next day. When I explained I lived almost an hour away, he arranged for the tech to look at it on the spot. I told him I would go get some lunch while I waited. Before I got to the restaurant, the tech called to say it was ready. The camera has worked flawlessly since then.

    The 10x20 unit cost $105 a month, and the 5 x 10 unit was $72 a month.
