The paint crew didn't rush the job and paid attention to detail. Very friendly and took their time answering all my questions. I would definitely hire them again and have already referred them to a friend. Re: cost I would say it was reasonable and fair. No regrets here. AAmerican Professional Estimates LLCIt went extremely well. Leo was very meticulous in cleaning my gutters. He had a huge job to do based on faulty leaf guards. I had him remove them also. He cleared clogged down spouts and also replaced a leaky one. Looks great. Leo is thorough in his approach, takes pride in his work and stands behind it. FWe were quoted a price over Thumbtack and when the service technician came it was considerably higher. We declined service and the owner has refused to take my call to explain why they changed their price. We are certain of the quality of their carpet cleaning, but we know for sure they have some sort of system for changing price at the last minute. The gentleman who can to clean was very polite, I felt bad for him because he had to waste his time and gas money on this fool company.

He pressured washed 75,000 sqft of our building and honored our wishes to come during non working hours. He showed up way before sunrise and let right before opening hours. He finished in record time yet his word reflected as if he was there weeks. We are very pleased with Evan and his company and will hire again.
