Not great. We had issues after installation and curtis would not follow up. Had sewage pumping backwards in the side yard after disconnecting pipe even though it was not supposed to go that way. Had to reinstall pump float valve myself.

A clogged toilet in a 1-bath house is beyond an extreme emergency.  I found out that I would need septic service AFTER the plumber's visit.  I didn't know who to call, and I'm so glad my first call was to Moore's.  Heather immediately impressed me with her kindess. She understood the problem & arranged for service ASAP & a few hours later Moore's arrived!   A "sub-code" add-on complicated what is typically a straightforward septic issue.  Kylee Turner   was extremely patient & understanding as he explained the various options to allow me to make the best decision.  Kylee has a unique ability to think ahead & to see a situation in its entirety, not just the septic problem.  Only a rare few take the time to put themselves in the customer's shoes, to explain the extent of potential disruption to the living space & give the customer the opportunity to make a completely informed decision.  Kylee's insights helped me to make the best choice for the moment.  He was also very generous with answering my questions about avoiding future problems.  Although septic problems are expensive & stressful to deal with, it was a pleasure
to work with the team at Moore's Sand-Septic.

The first time James came out he located, inspected and pumped my septic system, it was a foreclosed house I just purchased so I did not know where anything was.  He was on-time, professional and best of all HONEST. Everything went smoothly, he told me about things to watch for and estimated how long the life was left on the system based off what he saw ( I have a few years before it needs to be replaced).  Another thing I would like to point out, I have never lived on spetic and do not know anything about it, so he could have taken advantage of that, but he did not and he even gave me tips on how to take care of the system so I can get a longer life out, (the Do's and Don'ts of septic systems). Then a week later, I had to have some trees cut that involved the Tree company bring a crane into my backyard, because James was there I knew the septic system was not on that side of the house.  However as they were moving the crane in back they hit a tank ( that should not have been there /Gray water tank).  So I called James right away and he was out there the same day.  He looked at the tank and advised me that it should not be there and then provided a solution to put in a new tank that pumps the gray water into the septic tank.  Then when doing that we discovered many obstacles on that side of the house ( electrical dog Fence, Sprinkler system, High Speed internet lines, Cable, etc.. ) so he had to hand dig down the side of the house and the fill length across and then back up the other side to hook this new smaller pump tank up to the septic system.  So a job that should have take 2-3 hrs with is machinery, took him all day and a lot more work.  But the price remained the same.  All I can say is he know what he is doing and he will not take advantage of you if you have an emergency situation, and I will use him for all my septic needs going forward. Based off my experience I trust his advice and recommendations on septic matters.

There were some issues on the big part of the project.  A cable was cut and took a while to get it fixed but overall we were happy with the results and found Burney's to be a good partner to work with and we will continue to utilize them for our septic tank needs.

    BURNEY'S SEPTIC TANK SVC INC

Called to request a same day visit after sump pump alarm sounded. They advised that they would call when service technician was on the way. As promised, they called prior to the arrival of the technician.

Upon inspecting the sump pump, the technician advised that we had a bad alarm box and recommended replacement, but also gave other options.

After considering the options, the technician was authorized to replace the bad alarm box, and promptly performed the service.

My property looks fabulous, and he and the other very responsive, responsible experts he brought did extra work-building a pump house for my irrigation system and a house for my outdoor animals.  I would freely and strongly recommend them and will use their services again with pleasure.
Note, too, that I was promised the price and the estimate was low.  Mr Pelky took on the cost of the extra expenses himself.  Again, very honest and trustworthy.

    BURNEY'S SEPTIC TANK SVC INC
After a rough start because of having located a neighbor's irrigation well close to the property, the layout was remeasured, the hole dug, the old drainfield removed, the new one installed. Although we had to lose a tree because of the modification, that was not Burney's fault or responsibility. No problems, work done in one day.
