    It took than more than eight weeks. When they finally did show up they were missing a part. In putting cracked windshield back on, they messed up the windshield wipers. Never did fix my windshield. I will never use them again. Ever

    He did not want to fix the cracked windshield on my new Honda Clarity. Unusual and brand new car. Expensive. Insurance reimbursement would not cover any problems. Took a week to get all of the proper parts, but they did a fine repair job where Safelite totally screwed it up. They did make me drive to them instead of them coming to my car. THey took time to do it right and to adjust the windshield wipers properly.

    I highly recommend NOT using Safelite! I asked them to fix my car windshield, as recommended by my insurance company. After eight weeks, they finally had the windshield, came to install it, but they were missing a part! Eight weeks!!!! When they put my cracked windshield back into the car, the windshield wipers were no longer working properly, making the car undriveable. Inexcusable service and customer relations. I will never use Safelite again.

    Best detail we have ever had. Cory uses an eco-friendly water-less process, inside and out, that turned our shine-less and neglected truck back to showroom new. He performed nothing short of a miracle. Cory was friendly, informative, professional, prompt and meticulous in his work. He steam cleaned the leather seats, ceiling liner and seatbelts which actually had mold on them - yuck! He also restored the badly pitted wheel rims back to new. He came back the next week and also performed miracles on our Hyundai Genesis. Don't even hesitate for a minute to use his service, you will not be disappointed.

    We are very pleased with them. They are not the cheapest in the world, but they have good service and it’s a good company. I got it in just in time, so it could be free. I think I had a little tiny thing that was not included, it was a filter or something. I don’t remember. Cabin filter, whatever. They did it for free, so that was the last service I have. I liked them a lot. I am under warranty, at least for that car. My wife’s car is newer, so she is still in the 25,000 or 24,000 miles and she doesn’t pay a nickel. I might have paid more, it wasn’t free because I was still under the 3 year or 33,000 miles. The third year isn’t free, so I have to paid a couple hundred dollars for a change in oil and doing some odds and ends. They definitely have good quality.

    I was able to go in there without an appointment, not only I was in and out of there fairly quickly, but they have a very convenient cafe set up where you can watch television and get something to eat or drink. They make it very consumer friendly.

    The quotation process was good, and we were excited because of the great reviews. I am a perfectionist, and I am willing to pay very well for extremely good work--these guys were not inexpensive. I'm disappointed. One car still has brown marks on the headliner and interior doors, and the other has dirt in several areas around the exterior, and inside rear of the SUV. This was not a filthy car--some ares just weren't wiped down at all.. They worked hard for many hours, and some things they did exceptionally well, but others, not. I will need to go out and re-clean the interior of one vehicle, and will accept the other. During the detail there was confusion--the quote apparently was insufficient for the work required. At first the owner said he would "eat it" but then he heavily noted the working men would be the ones to lose money. It was a point of great concern to him. Usually, we would have simply overtipped to compensate the missed quote but work done, but with the fellow pushing, it felt necessary to simply pay. We aren't calling back to allow them to fix it. Job is done, and we aren't making more time to fix it. We have done our duty sharing to you, our peers. I wish we would have had the experience most did. They are hard workers, but they just didn't finish the job.

    Gave us a quote and we set up a drop off time. They told us it would take about 4 days, but we got it back in 3. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship. Paint match is great. Lift gate works fine. I'm never a huge fan of body shops, but this is an exception for me. I would highly recommend this company.
