AGood Appliance LLCTyson came out last week and diagnosed the problem with our dryer. With the Christmas holiday, the sensors came in yesterday and he came today and repaired the dryer. On the first visit he offered to look at any other applicances and he was able to re-seat our dishwasher so that it was flush with the cabinets (which made it less noisy too). He was very professional and curteous. He kept in good communication with me about the status of the sensors and his arrival today. I would definitely recommend him and call again for other repairs.- Kathryn O.

FMade the appointment for a for 3-5 pm. They texted and asked to come early, 1-3. Texted again said they were running late. Showed up between 4 - 4:30. The owner and an apprentice showed up. Let me preface this by saying both of them were very nice, pleasant people. The problem lies in the the owner spent more time talking, teaching, and reading the owners manual on my appliances than actual work. At the end of the day, he charged me over $200 to tell me he didn't know what was wrong with either appliance. He would order a part for the oven but that may not fix the problem. 15 days later I had to call him and ask about the part order. He texted he would update me later that day. Never heard from him again. Basically stole $200.
