    They did a good job. It was a good price, the carpet was a good carpet. They were in, came in, and bam bam. Half a day maybe, and two rooms, and got it done. For that absolutely. Well done, and it was at a good price, and that's pretty much it. They picked everything up, they were good.

    Mr. Yeager referred us to three different experts to determine the source of the leak; the eventual decision was seepage up through our slab. Our original flooring is no longer on the market and he furnished a replacement as close as he could get which we accepted. He sent carpet samples to us to choose from and we are pleased with the result. Mr. Tom Levatino, his mechanic, along with a co-worker, did a professional job of installation.

    The work done was outstanding, just like the first time I used them. I can't say enough about how great this company performs. The first time I used them they totally renovated/remodeled my kitchen and master bath. Both times I've used them they were prompt, professional, and completed all jobs in a very efficient and timely manner and was always reasonably priced. Way to go, Relo!

    The sales person Judy was great. Showed me a new laminate flooring that doesn't look or feel like the typical laminate flooring. It looks more like large plank hardwood flooring. It was also less expensive than what I was originally looking at. The installation of the laminate flooring went great. I used their installers because G Fried guarantees their work. I did have them come back to put extra padding under an area where my floor wasn't even. The carpet installation did not go as smooth. The installer fought a helper who cut the carpet just slightly to short then tried to cover it up. When I confronted him about it, he tried to stretch it which caused a few small holes in the fabric. I immediately called the sales person who had me speak to the manager. With no questions asked, G Fried made the installer remove that carpet and they brought an entirely new carpet to be installed a few days later with no issues. G Fried has a great warranty on their products and workmanship. They have great customer service and quality products. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

    I've waited a few weeks to give this review so I could be more objective. After an 8 week journey with this contractor, I was a bit frazzled at the end.
    We contracted with Bay Tile originally to install 1,800 sf of wood floor, 600 sf of tile and 450 sf of carpet throughout the house. The initial wood received was not correct. That was a mistake on the part of the Triangilo wood firm, not them.
    Since the choice of tile was already made and installation started, it limited our choices; but, we were able to find a nice second choice. My problem with the wood mix-up was the handling of it by Bay Tile; their sales person, Jay, said that our second choice of product could be delivered within a few days; not true. It ended up taking three weeks. Since tile installation had already begun and house items were in storage, that wait was a huge disappointment.
    When the original incorrect wood was delivered, the wood installer told my husband that there was a leveling problem in the family room. Nothing more was said at that time. Not even a "Hey, this may cost some money that you didn't expect". AFTER demo began three weeks later they said it would cost upwards of $4,000 to level the floor. It ended up costing $1,000 extra with self leveling concrete. It took them two hours to self level the area and they charged $100 per bag. In researching this, self leveling concrete is $30 per bag, so we paid $70 per bag for installation; not worth it since it did not really do the proper leveling job. They later had to drill more than 25 holes in the new wood, using Dritect filler since the wood wasn't sticking to the original glue. They said this was "normal", but researching the Dritect product we discovered it is normally used for repairs, not installation. They had no explanation for this.
    While waiting for the wood floor delivery and since most of our house was in storage, we decided to fill the time with a master bathroom remodel, which they initially said we'd be a priority since we were waiting for supplies. Wrong. Picking out the additional products was a nice experience with the girls in the shop. They are very nice and attentive. Again, it was a problem with salesman Jay; that same day he said he called the supplier and got the stock needed. A few days later, they wanted to push the start date out three weeks, stating that the accent tile was back ordered.  What?
    One of the owners, Trina, is very responsive via email and we were able to, yet again, pick out another product for the remodel and the master bath project began within a few days.
    Overall, we love the bathroom remodel; it was done by a subcontractor named Paul with more than 35 years of experience. There was also a plumber, Victor, who was extremely good at suggesting placement of the shower system and installation of tub. All subcontractors with respect to the bathroom remodel showed up during normal business hours and were professional.
    Again, excellent work, but with respect to bathroom remodels, be wary of charges. They wanted to charge us $2,500 to remove wallpaper (insisting it could not be saved). Funny thing, it could be saved and was! They also wanted to charge us $580 to replace two can lights. Huh? I went to home depot and replaced electric myself. So watch carefully on bill padding. 
    I don't believe Bay Tile even carries wood anymore; we may have been one of their last wood installations. According to the owner, there were too many problems and warranty issues that they have had to deal with over the years. The installers took a long time, usually only working between 11 to 4; this extended the installation to nearly three weeks. They also had to stop in the middle of the project and more wood "magically" appeared - our thoughts are they didn't order enough. They reinstalled part of the floor and it still is not correct. After final payment, we have not heard from them again about potentially fixing it one more time. One plank from the fix dips 1/4 inch below the others and another plank had a gap that we had to fix ourselves with wood filler.
    They did try to be attentive during the installation and were very responsive; however, I did not like that after problems arose, the owner Trina would show up unannounced in attempts to calm situations we had. It would have been more professional to first call instead of intruding on family time.
    I think if you are sticking to what they know (like a bathroom remodel), you may be pleased. I wouldn't have them install large areas of flooring, unless tile.

    I've been using Castle Keepers for several years now.  The technicians are always very professional, polite, and friendly.  They call ahead if they're running early or late.  They work efficiently, and they explain why if they can't remove a stain (and how to prevent it from setting in the future).  They are also very reasonable in their pricing.  Highly recommend this company!

    I was in a time crunch - I had just bought a house and wanted laminate flooring installed before furniture was delivered. It seemed like everything was going to work out until the installers (contracted labor) arrived with the wrong material. It was upsetting when the sales person insisted that I was wrong and that the material brought to my house was what I had ordered. It was not. The salesperson actually came to my house to see in person that it was the wrong color laminate. By then, the workers had returned the material to the warehouse and went on to another job. This meant that my flooring was not installed in time and some furniture was, in fact, damaged because the furniture had to be moved around as the workers installed the flooring.
    I purchased an inexpensive laminate - my fault - but the sales person never explained what could damage laminate. I had an elderly dog and had a difficult time protecting the flooring from damage. Had I known that laminate would not hold up, I might have made a different choice.
    In the end, you get what you pay for.

    Guided me through the process so I knew always what to expect. Offered flooring options/samples and suggestions that would meet my needs for now and future. After I chose carpet, they took the time to go through many, many carpeting samples, assisting me in finding the right one. They provided detailed estimates so there were no surprise charges in the end. They answered my questions and addressed any concerns I may have had.
    Installation day, the staff came to home (private residence, Tampa Bay area) on time. We had lots of big furniture that needed to be removed from the home, so this was big task for them! They worked tirelessly and diligently, taking pride in their work. All furniture returned in the proper place and intact. We are enjoying our new rugs and have had no troubles.

    Our initial contact was with Paul when we stopped by the Carillon Floor Center on US 19. Paul was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time answering all our questions and explaining the differences in each of the carpets we looked at. We took a few samples home to make a final decision. Paul came by a few nights later to measure and answered all of our questions regarding which padding to select, timeframes for placing the order, and installation.
    The installers arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work removing the old carpet. They did a great job, in spite of our air conditioning deciding to die that day, and the house quickly heating up on the hot August day! After vacuuming and replacing the furniture, I am sure they welcomed their air conditioned truck when they left.
    We would not hesitate to recommend Carillon to anyone wishing to purchase carpet.

    Installers did not show up on scheduled appointment day. No one from company called .I called them and they said they would come out the next day at 8:00 am. so they could be finished by 2:00 pm. when I had to leave. The crew showed up at 10:30 am. stating no one told them any particular time. They did not finish the job and as this was a Saturday. My house was a mess until they returned on Monday.They also did not have all the material on the truck,and I had to drive to the store to pick it up for them twice.Before they left I noticed a waxy residue on the laminate and asked them to clean it They said they did not know how to clean it and left. I called the General Manager of JB Carpets and he said that he had no intentions of cleaning my floor. I asked to speak to the  owner and got his voice mail in which he never returned my call. I had to hire a professional cleaning service to get rid of the residue.
