    I have a gas water heater. It had been storming the night before and the water heater was not working. We tried to relight the water heater unsuccessfully. I called Home Warranty and they had someone come out that afternoon. His name was Constantine. He was a very nice, pleasant, professional guy. He checked out the water heater and, as it turns out, it was the pilot light. He relit the pilot light and the water heater was working again. I was very pleased with the service and with the technician that came out.

    I had taken half of the old parts out of the tank myself and could not get the tank off of the base. So I called ROTO ROOTER - The Technician installed MY parts in my toilet tank that lasted half an hour or less and charged $245.00 for half hour of work. (or $490.00 / hr) Highway Robbery. I tried to get a price over the phone when I originally called but they say that the technician decides what the prices are per job. So when the technician comes out and gives the price - he says he can not do anything because the office tells him what to charge. So right there - THEY ARE LIARS. They figure they will get the guy out there and you will just pay the exhorbitant price. SO BUYER BEWARE.

    Florida Delta Mechanical Inc
    Delta Mechanical failed to install our water heater correctly and it didn't pass inspection. The inspector told us once he was informed of the correction, he would pass it and wouldn't need to come out to inspect again. Delta Mechanical told us, that for whatever reason, they can't do that. That he would have to come out again. At this point, my wife and I have already taken a lot of vacation time to be there for the initial install, the initial inspection, and the correction. We were not in a position to take more time away from work for yet another inspection. Delta Mechanical seemed annoyed that we couldn't simply be at home all day on whatever weekday suited them. Eventually, they changed their minds and told us that sending photos of the correction would be good enough. So I sent the photos to the email address they provided. A week later, they told me they hadn't received them and gave me a different email address. I re-sent the same message again to the new address. They received it this time and forwarded it to the inspector. They replied that everything was good. The inspector approved. We were all set. All until, another week later, they called again and said they couldn't accept pictures after all and the inspector would indeed have to come out to the house. But, of course, they delighted in again informing me that "they don't do time frames" so someone would, yet again, have to be there all day long to wait for the inspector. All in all, my wife and I wound up spending nearly 20 hours in vacation time and even had to keep our daughter home from school for a day (because we couldn't leave long enough to drop her off)... all because Delta Mechanical didn't install the heater right in the first place and then horribly mismanaged all efforts to get it inspected, corrected, and re-inspected. And they never once apologized or expressed any regret or remorse nor did they accept any responsibility for the situation. In fact, they were often rude and insinuated this was somehow all my fault when I couldn't be available on the days they wanted to reschedule corrections and/or re-inspections.

    I left a phone message for Paul and he returned my call within minutes. He was here within 30 minutes to assess the problem. He was unable to turn off the water from the county, so I called the county. Paul said to call him when they were able to turn off the water. When the county worker arrived and tried to turn off the water, the bolt broke off completely. He had to replace the whole unit. He also found the leak that was on our side, and I called Paul. He returned in a short time and was able to make the repair. Paul is efficient, reliable, and patient (which I appreciated). His fee of $90 was more than reasonable. I will definitely be calling him for any plumbing issues in the future.

    I scheduled an appt for friday for the afternoon and last minute they called and indicated they wouldnt make it in the time given so it was rescheduled for saturday morning between 8-9am. at 8:45am i got call letting me know that they were an hour away. I was unable to wait another few hours so it was rescheduled yet again for 6-10pm. got a call at 3:30pm asking if he could make it earlier that he would be here in 45 mins. At 6:05pm he shows up hears the toilet just running and lets me know to replace it would be $178 each toilet. He goes out to the car and returns and lets me know that he did not have the equipment to fix the issue and he can reschedule yet again for Monday now. They are inconsiderate of peoples time and a 24 hours service plumbing not having the items to fix an issue is an issue within itself. If you value your time and money go with someone else.

    they're quick to respond, quick to set up appointments, thorough with explaining what you get and what to expect. installers Jason (and i can't remember the other guy's name) were friendly, quick and neat. everything went swimmingly well; just one glitch, when installing the flush line, our cable line was severed, but no big deal, cable co. came out and fixed it the next day. I WOULD HIRE FLORIDA WATER TREATMENT INC, AGAIN......they made this whole thing too easy! VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS!

    Reedy had to special order the tankless hot water tank that I requested. It took a week for it to come in and another 4 days before Reedy could install it. Unfortunately my existing tankless system stopped working late Friday 3 days before Christmas. Between Christmas and New Years holidays, it was 11 days before my wife and I had hot water again. It was no fault of Reedy. Reedy said that the service man (Clint) would be out at 1330 hours. He arrived around 1445. He said the prior job took longer than expected and he apologized. He said, "I'll make sure you have hot water before I leave today." He worked until 2000 hours and true to his word we had hot water again. Clint was a true professional the entire time. He set up the control panel and made sure we understood how the new upgraded system worked. He worked outside almost the entire time in windy 45 degrees as well as sometimes rainy weather. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the job Reedy did. We would definitely hire again.
