    Elevator was installed but never completed.  A temporary door was installed pending the arrival of the door that I ordered.  It's over six months and the company is terrible at returning calls.  Six months after the elevator was installed and the permanent door is still not installed and the company does not return phone calls.
    I have already contacted a competitor's elevator company and they have refused to do any work on my elevator claiming that Precision Elevator's work was "not standard."  I shudder to think what will happen when the elevator needs maintenance or repairs.  Precision does not return phone calls and no one else will work on their elevators.
    Overall, my impression is that Precision Elevator was once a reputable company that now appears to be on the verge on going out of business.  They certainly do not care about me being a satisfied customer.

    They have been very good. They have done a really good job finding out what was wrong with it and fixing it. I think their prices were comparable. They were the closest one in the area. The people were friendly and I was really happy with what they did. I would use them again.

    We have added a battery charger and after fixing the one issue it is doing really well.  The guy on the phone did a good job explaining what was going on and how we should fix it. It turned out being a small problem that was easy to correct.

    Called and made appointment. No show. Called office. Mechanic in Miami - OPPS - they only have one. Scheduled another appointment. Mechanic arrives. Very puzzled about noises. Make arrangements to pick up chair following week with a loaner for our use. They had the chair over 2 weeks. The ONLY mechanic was out sick for a week and also had other chairs to fix. I had to keep calling them to get updates as to what was happening. They never called me once to keep me in-the-loop. This whole thing went on for over 3 weeks. Finally got the chair back. They never found anything wrong. Just tightened and lubricated things. The chair is nice and quiet again so they did succeed in fixing it but I was not happy with the way I was treated.

    Excellent. I'm very happy with the product. It's great and the colors are interchangeable. It comes apart and is very easy to put back together. I would highly recommend this provider.
