AAAA Critter Trapper & RepairI have been battling rats in my attic for months. I finally surrendered and called Bobby Sue and Jason. They came out and sealed all areas I failed to either identify or even want to access on the roof to repair. They set numerous traps after making the repairs and within a few visits ended our problem. They are a pleasure to work with, always on time and I highly recommend their services! AOptimum Pest Control, LLCBased on reviews of Optimum Pest Control on Angie’s List, I hired this company to rid my house of a huge number of palmetto bugs. I had been seeing on the average of 3/day. My usual pest control company tried hard to help but was not effective. Renan came over and checked out my entire house from the attics to underneath and in cabinets, vanities, AC closets etc. He pointed out areas that needed to be sealed as there were many access points for the bugs to enter the house. He came back the next day and bombed the attic. Two days later he came back and treated with boric acid. He also has sprayed the lawn and ornamentals outside. Renan is very detail oriented and is attentive to everything. He is professional, on time, and quick to answer texts and calls. I would highly recommend him!- Pam G.

FFraud and poor customer service. I paid for an annual membership for routine pest control maintenance in July 2020. My check was cashed for $279 and no one has ever showed to provide the service. I have spent 2 months requesting a full refund. I have made numerous calls with lengthy wait times and have not been able to get a manager on the phone who could help me. I am promised over and over that Peter will call me back and he never does. I received a check from the corporate office for $69, not the full amount paid $279. I used this company the year prior without issue.

AWell, booking was extremely easy! The receptionist, Marien, was exceptional and super accommodating to my schedule. As far as the actual service, Jorge was professional and so thorough. He sprayed every inch of my house and was extremely detailed when examining the house for a pest problem. Such amazing staff! I would totally recommend this company just on the simple fact I have not seen any more roaches after just one extermination service! P.S my pets were in the house during the process and it was totally safe for them.

ADave came to my house right on time, listened to my concerns, and promptly evaluated the issue. He took his time, pointed out areas around my home that could be contributing to the problem, and then sprayed and did all he had to do inside and outside of my home. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with Suncoast before and have been pleased with their work . I have a one year contract with them and will be able to contact them whenever needed during the term of the contract
