I put in a service request mid-afternoon and the service was completed later the same day. Within 30 minutes of my request, Alockmedic provided an estimated time of arrival. The technician then notified me when he was 20 minutes from arrival and when he arrived. The service call was completed satisfactorily and resolved the problem. AA-Best LocksmithI received a call from Mr. Gary Dean, and he quoted me $130, too install the new lock, adjust the deadbolt Medco lock, it's housing had come loose, adjust my lower door closing handle, and add a steel door jam to make my door locks more secure. I accepted the offer. 10:30AM Gary arrived at approximately 11:00 AM as promised, He installed the new electronic lock and showed me how to use it, he adjusted the existing loose lock. He tightened the door handle below the locks. He advised me that the existing door jam and door were in excellent condition adding the additional steel at the jam was not necessary. He charged me $115.00 + 2 spare keys. The price was excellent for the amount of work and expertise. Honest, excellent technician! A+- Bernard P.

Sixberry Locksmith is a locally owned and operated locksmith and security business providing service to the Palm Beach and Martin County areas since 1974. We have eight highly skilled and qualified technicians, who are committed to our customers to whom we provide immediate service daily. Our shop hours are listed here but we provide 24 hour emergency service. We have two conveniently located shops to service walk-in customers, one in Jupiter and the other in Hobe Sound.

ASixberry doesn’t actually do car keys that are chipped and have to be newly keyed and programmed. However, they referred me to a locksmith they trust. When I couldn’t get in touch with the person they recommended, I, just on a whim, called Sixberry back and asked if the number they gave me was the person’s cell phone and if they knew whether he responds to texts. Not only did they answer my questions, they personally texted him. In less than 15 minutes, their referral called me, and was at my place an hour later. Getting into my car and having new chipped keys and FOB went as fast as it can and the price was very reasonable. And THEN, today I got a text from Sixberry to check and make sure if I got what I needed and that I’m ok. I haven’t paid them a dime, he they’ve taken time to help me, and then to check if I’m ok, I’m disabled. I’m not dying anytime soon and I’m usually not an invalid. With my limitations, though, circumstances that are annoying for someone of average health, easily become overwhelming for me to solve. Most of the world has been getting meaner to people like me. Skeptical, and annoyed if we ask for an exception, no matter how quietly and respectfully we do it. Sixberry didn’t just go a step above with their customer service, they served and cared for someone who became a customer of a different locksmith, and I’m grateful for it.

AWe had new hurricane french doors installed years ago and the lock (a tri-lock system) never quite worked correctly on the back door so our dog figured out how to unlock it and escape when we weren't home during thunderstorms (he's very afraid of thunder). I checked Angie's List and found A-1, and put in for a service call to have someone look at it. They came out the next day during the time frame that they allotted me. Steve was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just an all around pleasant guy. He figured out the problem promptly and fixed it. From the first phone call - the woman was so friendly and pleasant to deal with - to the locksmith that came out to fix it - all around a very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend them!
