AThe Maids Brigade LLCA++++++ Very nice, professional ladies. They showed up exactly on time and did a very thorough job doing a deep clean of my home at the standard price I have paid other cleaning people whose quality is subpar and I end up dusting/wiping behind them. I have hired them for regular visits since. They also helped me out during the hurricane and recommended shutter installers at a reasonable rate who finished the job very quickly. FSERVPRO of West Palm BeachWe hired ServPro for a full inside cleaning for post construction. We were quoted a high price but we needed it done right so we approved. Two cleaning ladies showed up and when we asked the manager where the other people and professional cleaning equipment were he said they were on more important jobs. They did not provide the staff or services we were promised when we signed the contract and we refused to pay the full contract only for the hours they were there. They sued us for full payment and because we signed the contract we had to pay. DO NOT USE THEM! At the hearing I told their attorney this was wrong and he said 'I do this all day.' They made many promises and assured us of their services, but as soon as we signed the contract we received nothing we were promised. Do your pocketbook a favor and use someone else who will actually do what they promise.- Joy D.

ACleaning Unlimited Palm BeachI absolutely love Cleaning Unlimited. I've been using them for over a year now and they continue to provide exceptional service. We get our house cleaned every other month or so. They are efficient, fast, and listen to what I request. The ladies are always so nice and try to accommodate my needs each time. Though some teams have returned upon my request, sometimes they aren't available. So I've had a number of teams over the past year through Cleaning Unlimited. I've not had a single problem with any of them. The teams are very thorough in their cleaning and finish up faster than other cleaning services. The price is incredibly reasonable for the level of service I receive. Angelique, the owner, is extremely responsive and responsible. I continue to recommend this company wholeheartedly!- Susan B.

ABest Maid Service Inc.A Best Maid Service is reliable cleaning service. She arrives on time every time she is scheduled to clean my home. I love how she continues to ask questions about how I want my home cleaned. She is flexible with my demands when I have specific cleaning needs. She offers ideas and solutions when ask and she is very informative with her advice. I am a very demanding employer and I want my home cleaned every week. My home is high maintenance; I have 2 large dogs, 3 cats, 1 guinea pig and 8 people living in my home. The dust and dirt is unending. She listens patiently when I have request and plainly states if she has time to attend my request now or if it will have to wait until the next visit. I have 2 complaints: 1, there isn't enough of her to go around and 2, there are not enough hours in the day for the time I need her here to finish all the jobs I have for her. I wish she had a more flexible schedule but then it would be selfish of me to take that time away from her other clients.- Charity P.

He has reviews on Yelp that back up my experience. He said he cleaned my carpet but it looked like he vacuumed it instead. It was terrible and Steve did not care that his work was unacceptable. He cashed the check quickly and would not refund nor refund the money. He dodged my phone calls and answered my husband from another phone number. Please do your research before you hire this guy!!!! I had Stanley Steemer come do the job after Steve could not and would not re-clean the carpet. Stanley Steemer did an amazing job and the carpet looks brand new!- c w.
