ACertified Mold Free CorpJob was absolutely perfect. Certified Mold told us it was expected to take 2 days and it took 2 days. The team showed up precisely at 8:30 am each morning. They were a serious and experienced team. They handled my furniture and "stuff" like it was theirs - taking care to cover it all in protective plastic and moving it back into its prior location when the work was done. They cleaned up after themselves both days. Their air conditioning expert did a great job also. I would definitely use them again if I have the misfortunate of having another mold issue.- Christy M.

AVilla's Construction & Remodeling IncAfter researching and meeting with a handful of contractors to discuss our home renovation, my husband and I decided to go with Villa’s Construction for our project and we could not be happier with our decision. Before hiring, we met with John a few times to discuss our project and at each meeting, he took the time to answer all of our questions, discussing any concerns he/we had, and even offering suggestions and design ideas that we ultimately went with and loved. Not only did he show us that he was an expert in his field, but he was professional and very polite. Once the renovation started, we met Jhonatan who was just as wonderful to work with. He kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. If there was an issue that came up, it was brought to our attention immediately, and John was always up front about everything, which of course we appreciated. The crew was always punctual and very polite. We were living in our home for the majority of the 4 month long renovation, but they made the experience as pleasant as they could, even building a privacy wall for us at one point to keep us (including 3 young kids and a dog) comfortable and away from the construction. My husband and I are so happy with the end result, and we’ve received so many compliments on our home. Even a few neighbors and realtors have reached out excitedly, thinking we were fixing up our house to sell! We can’t thank John, Jhonatan, and the crew enough for what a wonderful job they did. They took all of our ideas and turned our house into the beautiful home that we dreamed of. AVilla's Construction & Remodeling IncI'm extremely pleased with all of the work that John Villa and his team did for me. We did an addition on our house that included a den, bathroom and BR/office. All together it was adding an additional 500 sq ft. John also did a custom cabinet/entertainment center for me as well as custom office cabinets and desk. All of turned out better than I could have hoped. John is great to work with and has a very good eye for design and helped me make some of the difficult decisions that come with this type of project. I found John to be very upfront and honest and there were no tricks or gotcha's in the process. As expected, I changed my mind on a few things and there were surprise challenges that came up, but John was extremely reasonable in negotiating these pieces. This type of project is super hard to get quotes on that are comparable. John was not the most expensive nor the cheapest but somewhere in the middle. The work is super high quality and I was told many times by the various folks inspecting for permits that whoever was doing the work, was doing a really good job. His attention to detail is awesome, and the team wouldn't quit until everything was perfect. Moreover, he was the most upfront and honest of any contractor I talked to about what was included in his quote, what was not, and where I should budget for additional things I would need to purchase. I found everyone on his team very respectful and courteous, which is a big thing in a project such as this. They show up on time, they are quiet, and they clean up and protect the rest of the house from the work they are doing. That's another big benefit of working with John, that he has his own crew that does most of the work. So he really controls most of the process. I also appreciated how diligent John was in having his team get tested for covid every week in this environment. I doubt that all contractors are on top of this in the same way. We were so happy with how everything turned out that we are using Villa's Construction to redo the kitchen now as well!- Brandon M.

ASignature Construction GroupThis spring (2020) I contacted Jacob at Signature Construction to completely remodel and update a bath room in my condominium. After explaining what I wanted done I left for the summer. When I returned the job had been completed with spectacular results, on time, on budget and beautiful. ABright Bay ConstructionJorge is a miracle worker, and I don't say that lightly. He was extraordinarily meticulous and exacting in his work. He worked around our full house and did it with a smile on his face. We have never had a better experience with any sort of work being done in our home. He completely replaced the ceiling in one room and put up new drywall in the rest of the rooms. His plaster work is clean, sharp and has minimal dust. The pricing was fair, he was always on time, he was courteous, professional and explained everything he did. We will be hiring Jorge in the future for all of our home maintenance needs.- Liz S.

AChris Welch is the owner and operator of the business. We have used Chris several times since 2013 for various drywall repairs and replacements around the house (garage and bedroom ceilings, bathroom and kitchen walls and around the windows). Chris usually can stop by for a free estimate within a day or two and can schedule the job relatively quick. He is diligent, reliable & takes pride in his job. Since he works by himself, he is perfect for smaller to medium size jobs or even bigger jobs if you do not have a deadline. He repaired some areas in the ceilings & did his best to imitate the knockdown texture so the repaired area matched the rest of the ceiling. He tries to contain the drywall mess by using plastic sheets around his work area & cleans up after done. Of course this is drywall we are talking about; you still have a decent amount of cleaning to do afterwards! He has always done an excellent job for us, so do not hesitate to give him a call.
