  They were recommended to me. I used them and they were great. They came out when they said they were gonna come. Great customer service. I would recommend. They leave your carpets dry. They make sure it's not soak and wet. They gave me a short 2-hour window and they were here when they said. The owner was wonderful to dealt with and the gentleman he sent here.

  I do not know how in the world this company has an ���A��� rating and I���m kinda ****** at Angies���s List for saying he is Even employable. He has reviews on Yelp that back up my experience. He said he cleaned my carpet but it looked like he vacuumed it instead. It was terrible and Steve did not care that his work was unacceptable. He cashed the check quickly and would not refund nor refund the money. He dodged my phone calls and answered my husband from another phone number. Please do your research before you hire this guy!!!! I had Stanley Steemer come do the job after Steve could not and would not re-clean the carpet. Stanley Steemer did an amazing job and the carpet looks brand new!

  They were punctual and very professional. He did struggle with a few pet stains which now seem to have reappeared. Because we are always home and have pets, I like that he uses a low moisture method so we aren't walking around on wet carpets for days.

  They were cordial, they were friendly. When the carpets are first cleaned they looked nice, but then once they dry you could see where things you wanted out were not removed. There was a spot where there was a greasy stain from me putting lotion on my feet. Once it dried the spot was still there.

  Had oriental rugs cleaned by another company 2-3 years ago and was taken for a ride! Called this company, as it had been recommended by a local oriental rug seller. Excellent, excellent, excellent, in all regards. Real professionals! They even brought in a UV flashlight to identify pet stains and double treated them. Also, they asked why I moved furniture and said that they will do that next time. I could not be happier with this company, and they charged me less than half of what the other company charged.

  It was phenomenal. I can't speak highly enough of him. I've hired him in the past to do work at my mother's home. When Michael was there he handled the work with care and professionalism. I trusted him with my mother, which means a lot. My landlord was blown away with the condition of my carpets when I moved out and she actually wanted his information.

  The estimate went well and the gentleman who was here was professional.  The price we were given (and the $200.00 is an estimate because I can't really remember) was based on us giving them a review on Google.  There was a different person who came to clean the carpets with an assistant.  We pointed out stains that were on the carpet in the house that we are renting an he said that after cleaning the carpet, he would reevaluate them and try a specific heat treatment to lift them.  After cleaning the carpet in record time (because it was done too fast and haphazardly) the technician let us know in no uncertain terms how cheap the carpet was, how old it was, and how dirty it was.  The house is a rental, as I stated previously, and we were trying to get it in shape for our family of six to live in.  The carpet was not deodorized adequately, it was left way too wet as not enough water was vaccuumed out of the carpet after it was cleaned and it took over two days to dry completely.  When asked about treating the stains, I was rudely told that the technician did not have the equipment or products to do what he initially stated he would.  Truly, a less than desireable outcome and really poor customer service.  I was then forced to do the Google review with the technician present and while attempting to pull the Google review website up on my phone, the technician physically took the phone out of my hand, entered a Five Star rating...which the cleaning and customer service far from deserved...and stood there waiting for me to enter a glowing recommendation.  Feeling intimidated, I entered "Great job."  It was not, however, even close to that.  Use someone else if you can.

  ACU Cleaning

  First of all, David arrived on time, and his service only improved. My carpets were really stained from an ill cat, and were more soiled than ever before. We thought we would take a chance with cleaning them before replacing them. The carpets came out cleaner than ever expected! But, unlike, cleaning before, the carpets were soft. David worked diligently to remove the stains with success. We will be sending two area rugs to be cleaned by him because we were so thoroughly pleased.
