    Fuqua Services LLC
I hired Fuqua Services LLC to redo my bathroom and take out the step in tub and make it a walk in shower. They gave me a good quote, a day/time they would start and how long it would take. They were here everyday on time, took out the old tub, moved the shower head down a foot, moved the drain to the middle of the floor, tiled the walls, installed a river rock floor, tiled bench and grab bars. Now I dont have to worry as much about my 84 year old mother slipping or falling. It looks absolutely amazing! The guys took great pride in their work and it shows! I would highly recommend them.

    Seashore Tile
Amanda Brackin, designer met with us and one the first day she wrote things down. Several times after that she would not write things down. The contract was revised one time and several times after that when making changes I asked if we shouldnt revise the contract again and she said, No, dont worry about it. As time went along she would not respond to text or e-mail as soon as before. Her voicemail stayed full and you could not leave a message even though she would tell you to call her anytime. The workers started and we did not get pictures for several days although she said we would. They preferred we not live here while remodeling was going on. Our painter came by and called and told us we needed to see what was going on. The place was a disaster when we came over. We couldnt get in the front door as they had it blocked. They had broken the lock on the sliding glass door and were using that as their entrance. Dust was every where and they did not cover our brand new furniture. They had our dining room furniture outside in the rain. The painter came by and covered it. Many pictures tell the story. I tried scanning them but the color doesnt come out. If I need to go to Office Depot and copy them I will. Seashore Tile did not do the quarter round. They threw away the thresholds to the new wood floor and we bought more but Sergii paid me and hell pay the painter for putting them down. The kitchen cabinets have to be repainted because they had dust on them and holds where the employee drilled the wrong holes. They didnt patch them. The cabinets are rough as they didnt sand them properly. Seashore will pay our painter to fix this issue and the quarter round. We are having to pay the painter for any other problems he is fixing. Leaking faucets had to be fixed or they ruin the new cabinets. We will have to pay the painter for fixing the leaking faucets. I feel like Sergii just went somewhere and found some guys and asked them if they wanted to work for the day. This is terrible. I thought I would be walking into my dream place and that didnt happen. None of these guys are professionals.

    A Team Kitchen & Bath
Kitchen renovation is not a casual decision. Finding the right company for the project is not an easy task. After 18+ months of research and interviewing four different contractors, I decided "ATeam Kitchen and Bath" of Crestview, FL was the one for the job. They provided me with 3D drawings showing elevations of the project. This was very helpful in my being able to visualize the final outcome.
I could not be more pleased with the process... from the initial meeting to the final touch-up. Each person from the company was polite, professional and skilled in their own specialty.
Nothing about the renovation, even with the un-level floors, un-square corners, unusual 1940's wooden walls seemed to be a problem for this team.
My desire, for my vintage beach house was to have a new, modern kitchen that didn't look like just a new modern kitchen-but a kitchen that was complimented/tied into the rest of the house with vintage trim and accents.
This was cleverly and beautifully accomplished by ATEAM using thoughtful imagination, re-purposed wood from the house and new wood, when necessary, that was skillfully made to look like vintage wood....awesome!

    Whitehead Plumbing, Inc.

I called on Tuesday and a representative came over on Thursday to go through all the repairs that needed to be done. He drew up an estimate and the installers were here on Friday and completed everything in 6 hours. I was extremely pleased with the service and shocked that they completed everything in one day. I have worked with another company in the past and will never go back. Whitehead plumbing is very fair with their pricing and the people that did the work are extremely friendly and honest with all the questions and concerns I had. I will be using them for all my plumbing issues in the future and I am surprised that they were able to get me in so quickly because they are so reasonable with their pricing and I am very pleased with the results.

    Re-Bath LLC - Panama City
The workers all showed up on time, were professional and courteous. They included us when determining the size of the seat in the shower stall, the height of the seat, the placement of the grab rails, and most importantly the height of the shower head- I am very tall and tired of slouching under a shower head! This is not a "cookie cutter" installation, but rather a custom installation.   The finished shower stall is beautiful. And I no longer have to slouch in the shower!

    Re-Bath LLC - Panama City
It went well. Removal and disposal was well done; additional drain capability had to be provided for the shower system and it was professionally done. Installation of all items was also professional. Staff was professional, punctual. and the work accomplished in the time frame specified. All in all. a good job!

    Kitchentune-up #298
Kitchentune-up owner provided the absolute best cabinet refurb we could want However, the sub contractors who provided the drywall work and the granite countertop replacement where absolutely atrocious.
STEAR CLEAR OF and quot;BRUSH STROKESand quot; PAINTING AND DRYWALL LLC. And let me be perfectly clear... The term LIMITED is the best way to describe their work and outcome LIMITED ABILITIES, LIMITED PROFESSIONAL WORK. My 6 year old can mud sheet rock with and quot;thin setand quot; better that these guys on a good day. The finished product looked like something from a training project at haIney tech.

STEAR CLEAR OF GRANITE PLUS LLC. Same Limited knowledge and crappy work. The left the shims still stuck under the counter and left HUGE gaps between the granite and the underlying support. They just left it and called iy good to go.
I am so sick of these panama city contractors that provide moderate work at best and ask for premium prices. (THEIR MOTTO: Million dollar promises, $20 results)
We came to Angies list and found a fabulous cabinet genius in KITCHENTUNE-UP (TIM YOUR GREAT) but thats all that was worth it. The sub-contracted worthlessness of PANAMA CITY oozed through the cracks again.
LET ME BE PERFECTLY CLEAR and quot;TIMand quot; and his Wife are fantastic in every manner. The subcontracted idiots made TIM look bad.
A MESSAGE TO THE CONSUMER: STOP EXCEPTING WORTHLESS WORK FROM THESE FLY BY NITE IDIOTS AND THEN MAYBE WE CAN ALL GET GOOD RESULTS. Angies list works, but you have to call a spade and spade...
TO CONTRACTORS and you know who you are: YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOUR CRAFT, YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN CROOKS TO SAY THE LEAST. I HOPE YOUR LAZINESS MAKES YOUR LLC FAIL!! Limited Liability is used because you are LIMITED in professionalism and craftsmanship. Your trailer wouldn't be worth a court room offering even if you where sued.

Claude J 's Home Improvement LLC
Claude was excellent. Even though he explained to me that his schedule was very busy, he was able to fit me in over the week-end.All of my cabinets came in large boxes and a lot of packing material. He unpacked and disposed of all materials. He also took down all the old cabinets and disposed of them. he did  the sheet rocking from the wholes that the electrician and plumber made in the walls. He set all the cabinets evenly and put up the trim and woodwork. He did a wonderful job and I am very happy that I was able to get him for the job. I would highly recommend him. I found him to be honest, respectful and professional.

    Darvai General Contracting
We needed some drywall repaired after some plumbing was fixed in our bathroom. We decided to have additional work done since repairing the drywall would require removing the toilet. The bathroom is small, so we decided to have a cabinet built into the wall to provide storage instead of replacing the drywall. We also wanted to install tile, replace the toilet (it had a hairline crack and may have been leaking anyway) and install a recessed medicine cabinet to replace the the original mirror over the vanity. The contractor worked closely with us explaining the different options we had and even laid out the tile in different patterns to see how we liked it. He also kept the work area clean and put down a runner through the bedroom to prevent soiling the carpet. All work was performed in a timely fashion and the price was more than reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the job. The tile is beautiful and the cabinet is big enough to double as a linen closet. It's now my wife's favorite room in the house ; )
