AKeira MovingUpon first contact with Kiera moving i spoke with Gaby (the owner i believe). He was very professional and polite. He also came to my house to give me an estimate. He was quick and I signed up on the spot. The packers arrived on time the day scheduled and packed my stuff quickly and with care. The next day they returned to finish packing and load the truck. My stuff was on the road by 3 that afternoon. The day after I arrived in Florida the movers arrived with my stuff. They unloaded my items and set them in the proper rooms. They helped put my dining room table together and were very polite through the whole process. When I unpacked I was pleasantly surprised nothing was broken. AMoving APT - Long Distance MoversI'm giving them a second review because I've used them twice and they are excellent. Moving APT are a family run business and they are extremely professional, polite, flexible and really quick. I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they were able to move me from a small efficiency to a large apartment in a high-rise. The high-rise was challenging because it's a new building and they don't have access for a moving truck to come in. But these guys are really quick and all my stuff is in great condition. They even took apart some of my furniture and put it back together again. I'll always use Moving APT and I can't recommend them enough- Barbara S.

AMoving APT - Long Distance MoversI used this company over a year ago and plan on using them for future moves. They did a great job and were very helpful. AMoving APT - Long Distance MoversThomas showed up right on time with his crew and got right to work. You can really see the difference when the boss is there doing the work himself. They were very careful about our furniture and fragile boxes.The move required 2 trips and Thomas and crew worked hard until the very end, setting up the beds and placing all the furniture exactly where we wanted it. They even moved stuff around for us once we changed our minds. All in all, moving is very stressful, but the actual move went very smooth. Nothing broken and no scratches. Everything was put back together exactly as it has been. If I had to move again (which I hope is not for a very very long time) I would be happy to use Thomas and Moving APT again.- Ruth S.

AMoving APT - Long Distance MoversRon and Lili are the BEST!!! Ben , the owner of this company, is the kindest, most efficient, young man I have met in a very long time. He is a great communicator- by phone, e-mail, and text. They handled the furniture as if it was their own. The furniture was a 28 piece set, and they delivered and placed each piece where I wanted it to go. I could go on and on, but I will sum it up by saying. BLa MoversGuys were so sweet and polite but coulda worked faster for as much as I was being charged an hour..thought they used company trucks and they rented a uhaul that I was charged for..(could have done that myself)- Chris H.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
