  • Dr. Abraham is a brilliant physician. He genuinely cares about his patients. He stays up to date with the latest treatment and therapies, listens to his patients and provides medical care far better than any other doctor in this area. His office staff are not the greatest, but the care received from this physician is well worth dealing with office/support staff.

  • Dr. Abraham himself is great. His billing company and some staff - not so much. His staff called to tell me that I can no longer be seen unless I paid a large amount owed from a visit 9 months ago. Had I received a bill I would have paid it on time. However not knowing that my insurance didn't pay the full amount cost me an extra $75 in unexpected late fees - because I was not informed about it in a timely manner. And even if said bill was lost in the mail, why wait 9 months to call me and then threaten that I can't come back. Expect a long wait time. He has gone through several PAs. They are usually not the greatest. It is best to see him directly if you do go there.

  • Dr. Wallace was very thorough as he questioned me concerning symptoms and previous attempts to alleviate my problem.  He took his time, answered my questions patiently, and ordered a medication (which I began today), and a lung x-ray.  
    I will see him again for follow-up in a few weeks after the medication has a chance to work and the x-ray results are in.  
    The office staff at Health First is always cheerful, friendly, efficient, helpful, and professional in every way.  Wait times are less than 15 minutes.
    I recommend Dr. Wallace for any health concerns involving pulmonary issues.  He did his residency at the Mayo Clinic.

  • Dr. Sweeney is very thorough and meticulous in details of tests he provided for me.  He always erred on the side of caution if there was any question in a diagnosis which I was thankful for.  But  I found his personal interaction with me to be more brusk and of a military style than I prefer in a physician.  I changed to a female physician and find her to be as competent but with a style more in line with my preference.

  • I have used him for several years and I think that he is a great doctor. He is very friendly, down to earth and he seems to be very knowledgeable. He tries to educate me about everything that I am concerned about. He is always interested in what is going on if I had to go to a specialist and I like that.

  • The practice I used to go to is a part of Health First now and what is nice about them is that all of my records are integrated across all parts of Health First because I have used different specialties for different reasons, so that is nice.  I love my doctor so I follow her wherever she is and I am glad that she is still there.  Other than the change of record keeping and integration, I don’t see a big difference between the good level of service that I had before versus what they have now with Health First.  If I have a problem, my doctor will fit me in and if it is not an emergency, I don’t mind waiting.  They are never exactly on time but they are never truly terrible with punctuality.  I never had any problems with the billing.

  • We have been going to him for 25 years.  He tells you what is real, and explains all of your choices to you and makes sure you understand.  He is very personable.  I do not have to wait long for appointments.

  • Also, his staff is always very courteous and helpful. Each time we’ve called, needing to get worked in, they have accommodated us. You may have to wait a little past your appointment but that is due to Dr Udell spending the time needed with patients before you. You can rest assured he will be just as diligent with you.

  • When I first started with them there was a lady there named Genie. She was very good. Then she left there and opened her own business a few blocks away. I went with her. The company moved from that spot to across the street. I am still using them years later. Miracle Ear has been very good. I go in and make appointments. Their hearing aids are expensive and they do give free service. They are very good. I can call them anytime. If I call them in the morning they will see me in the afternoon. The office is fine. They keep changing the staff all the time. Sometimes some of them are friendly and some of them are just doing their job. Their communication is pretty well. They take care of me when I go in. I pay for it and they check the hearing aid.
