  • Gutters cleaned and patio power washed. This company did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I’ve tried several companies and so far these guys are the best I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody who needs their gutters cleaned

  • Vinny and his son came on short notice when I discovered the leak and damage. I was only in town for a few days and he was kind enough to fit me in while I was there. He spent a full day locating the apparent source of the leak and the damage behind the wall, which was extensive. He repaired the apparent source of the leak and cleaned out much of the damage. He said that he needed to get some materials to repair the wall and baseboard damage and that he also wanted to do some other things to be sure that the leak had been completely stopped before doing the repairs. We agreed to do that when I got back into town. When I got back I called and he and his son returned promptly. When he ran water tests he discovered further leaks. The first leak he had repaired had stopped most of the water leakage, but there was another leak in a different area. He fully explained every step he was taking and made sure I understood what he was doing. When he was satisfied that all of the leaks had been located and repaired, he fixed the wall and baseboard and painted both perfectly so that one would never know there had been any work done there. Throughout this matter, he was prompt and professional, I could not have been more satisfied with his performance and his work.

  • We did not have the service done. We contacted them on March 23,2016 to get an estimate, they came out and on march 30th we had the proposal. We accepted on 4/3 and asked how long this would take, he said the were 2-3 weeks out. We agreed on 4/4 to begin process.  On 4/11 i emailed to see if scheduled date was set, on 4/13 they said they needed the property survey before they could get the permit, it was dropped off to them the next day.  On 4/22 i emailed again, was told still in engineering, it will be soon. On 4/25 i emailed again, response was , it will be soon. on 4/26 was told the engineer had to come out, so a couple days later he came out.  We were still told at this time we were on the top of the list. On 5/11 I emailed again, no response. On 5/12 emailed to see if he received my email, received email back saying it had been in permitting for awhile, they are back up in the permit office and they can't start without it.-  On 5/18 I called the city permit office and found out that there was no permit filed at all. I emailed him back and told him this,  I never received another email from him after that, instead i received a call from another man at the company who said that the permit was filed that day, (most likely because of my email.) I explained why i was upset, i was lied to etc. and I was very upset.  He asked if the owner could call me and i said yes, please. I did not get a call for the next two days so i called the office and was told the owner was on vacation till the end of the month but i could talk to the office manage. I said fine, she said she was out but would be back in an hour or hour and a half.  Several hours later i still had not received a call back so i called the office and was able to get her on the phone.  She first asked me if i sent an email, I asked regarding what? she answered back not to nicely - did you send an email?  I told her i have sent many emailed which one was she referring to? She said the permit was filed on the day i called the permit office, i tried to explain why i was so upset about being told it had been in permit for weeks, she didn't seem to want to hear anything i had to say. I told her i wanted to cancel my job with them and i wanted my deposit back, she was pretty flip about it and didn't seem to care one way or the other.
I got a call later from another man there and he was nicer but I don't think anyone understood that i was upset over being lied to and put off for so long.  I asked for the refund back again and he asked if i wanted he plans that were done, if so they would cost somewhere between $150 and $200, I told him no, i don't want them for that, i want my full refund back.
That was my last contact,  nearly two months from the day we accepted.
I did receive my deposit back in the mail along with the plans and $200 less in my refund check.  So even though i said i did not want to buy the plans, it was still deducted and sent.
This could have gone whole different way if only someone had acted like they cared.  I think that my job was not big job, only
4800.00 dollars and that is why i was put off for so long.  I had to always do the emailing to see how it was going, no one contacted me to let me know what was going on or why the delay.  If someone had said,k " I am sorry this is happening, what can we do to work this out" or Let me find out what happened and we will make it right, but NO, nothing. The office manager was flat rude .
I am sorry i wasted two months that i could have had my job done, I am sorry i have to start over now, and i am sorry i had to buy plans that i did not want.

  • Approximately 150 square feet of old wooden decking boards and ground level support framing was removed and the area was re-graded and leveled.  New support posts and framing was build and installed.  New decking boards were than installed on top of the framing.

The job started on time as scheduled.  Rick estimated 1-2 days to complete; the job took 1.5 days.  The crew showed up on time and cleaned up the work are when complete.  The new walkway/decking came out great.  Rick also replaced two 6 foot long pergola bench boards at no additional cost which also look great.  Rick was also very responsive with job start time and providing job status.  There were no issues with miscommunication or schedule; the job when very smooth.

  • This was the second time they have performed this service for us.  Both times they were quickly responsive and thorough.  They also cleaned well an area on the large porch where we have four litter boxes for four messy cats.

  • It went very well. Vinny and his son did all of the work themselves. They were prompt, coming when they said they would. They are pleasant to deal with and did excellent, neat work. We are very pleased with the results! The old hinges were beginning to pull out of the door trim because of rust exacerbated by the doors' location near the pool. The new hinges look great and make the doors seem like new.

  • Excellent. Vinny and his son Brandon were very responsive to my requests. They both worked hard (Vinny almost passed out while painting my pool deck in the July heat). Vinny went out of his way to save me money by recommending certain ways he could fix various issues without going all out. Their attention to detail is great and I plan to use them in the future. Also, Vinny did a lot of quality work for very little money.

  • Let me start by saying they were very nice people, always returned my calls and when they said they would be there they were, We had the pool floor refinished and new tile put in all around to include the steps, and also had the deck worked.

The tile install was very good and they chipped out all the old surface that they knew would not allow the new surface material to bond to, the prep work was very good, and they pulled the light and reworked it to include the seal and replaced the bulb and as yet has not leaked and I don?t think it ever will, so outstanding.

Unfortunately  the resurface of the inside pool area has some imperfections after all was done on the stairs and it is just something I finely figure were just going to have to live with, they came out a few times to see if they could fix it , but there still there and well that is that.

The deck was repainted and cracks fixed and I understand solid cement slabs in Florida crack they always do in time, it is just Florida and how the ground acts with even the thickest of concrete things still shift. They came out to fix cracks a few times and repaint the areas they worked the cracks. The crack filler is already flaking out and the cracks are once again visible in this area. In the past when we had the deck redone buy another company it was a year or longer before we saw any crack come back but with this just weeks.

So in closing, again nice people even gave us a military discount and again responsive to our calls, family business local everything we love to support in our community, but I am sorry we cannot recommend them.

  • For the damaged gabled area: removed damaged stucco, removed rotted boards, replaced boards, covered area with tar paper, readied for stucco work.
For rotted corner post: removed rotted post stand, replaced with new stand, adjusted post and frame to allow for proper operation of screen door, readied area for stucco work, reattached screening frame on that side of porch to floor, replaced screen door sweep and adjust for proper screen door closure.
Overall an excellent job and I appreciated the attention to detail and professional work attitude. Highly recommend the service.

  • The cement work he did was fine. The deck work he did was not. You are supposed to use a certain type of paint and it isn't supposed to be slippery. The first time he did the job it was slippery, he came to redo it (after arguing with him to get him back out) and it wasn't slippery after that. Now it peels. It now peels just from walking on it. It is twice as bad after the second time he came out.
