AJERRY SMITH FLOORING & DESIGN CENTERAs new residents to the Sebastian area from Oklahoma City, we obviously had little knowledge of local, trustworthy builders and vendors for building a new home. Thanks to the great customer service and nice selection of high quality products from Jerry’s Flooring, we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Our no-pressure sales representative, Mickey Willaman, was an outstanding advisor in helping us make wise decisions on flooring and tile products. Their installers were five star! After the home was completed in the fall of 2020, Mickey came to the home for follow up on a few last minute details and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Doing business with a locally owned and respected company like Jerry’s Flooring, made the difference in minimizing our fears and concerns. AUn-Beelievably Clean IncVery well. A crew of (2) did a very good job cleaning the carpet and were able to pull up most of an old ink stain a previous cleaning had left behind. One person of the crew operated the steam cleaner while the other used appropriate brushes and cleaners to hit the stains and problem areas. I was very happy with the results, and the tile and grout on 1st floor were really well cleaned. It took most of the morning to clean about 3000 square feet.- Paul N.

AUn-Beelievably Clean IncWe were ready to replace all carpeting throughout our new(used) house. It was so dirty & stained that we thought our only choice was all new carpeting &/or laminate. We decided to chance a good cleaning first though. What a fantastic & surprising result that the small crew of ‘UNBEELIEVABLY CLEAN’ provided! They saved us many thousands of dollars & much time & trouble. We trialled 3 rooms , then had them return to clean all carpet & tile too throughout. AWalter & his crew were polite & professional. Wore masks and took off their shoes in the house. They offered the best prices after I shopped around. I highly recommend them for anyone on a fixed income. Best of all, Walter has the utmost integrity. Somehow I miscounted the cash and he came back to return the extra $100 I accidentally gave him. AWe are currently preparing my late mother's house for sale. Rob's advice and skill proved invaluable. The house looks spectacular both inside and out. We had a problem with the new AC replacement for the house but Rob and Rose continued to work without complaint under difficult conditions.
