It went well. The office staff was very nice. Everything went very smooth from start to finish.
Dr. Luzon was great. Answered all my questions about my contact lens habits.
Got some cool glasses at a GREAT price. Jim helped me narrow down my frame selection.
He was very patient with me and helped me stay within my budget.
Was contacted sooner than expected, that my glasses were ready!

You have to be ready to wait at least 3 hours... I have been there 5 times at this point... My appointment has always be 8am ... I NEVER get out of there before 11:00... however the doctors are great... the glasses store there are not very friendly and do not return calls

I had gone to another Optometrist 1st and since the prescription dramatically changed, I decided to go for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Spender was very good. She took the time to first give me a thorough eye exam and since it was different from the 1st exam, she took the time to show me the difference, and why her's would be better for me. The only negative is my insurance was not accepted and had to pay out of my own pocket.

I was seen by Dr. Haas, she was nice and professional and thorough. The first part of the eye exam (performed by assistant) was provided in a section of the waiting room. I would have preferred that the exam be conducted in a separate room.

Dr. Stephenson and his staff are very professional and kind. They all have a very quiet, suttle approach to everything. They make your time in the office a very calm experience. I have been going to Dr. Stephenson for 3 or more years. This year I chose to go to my old doctor because he was on my insurance. BIG mistake. I ended up having to pay out of pocket and I've changed my perscription twice to try to get it right. Next year I'll be back to Dr. Stephenson who gets it right the first time.

Great prompt service as always. They do a very thorough exam and then are always to help with glasses selections. While there are places with a larger selection I like the staff there and they are always happy to help pick out frames. They work well with my insurance and there are never any hassles. Whenever I need a quick tune up on my frames I pop in and they are happy to do it.

I use her every year. I have gone through two pairs of contact lens. She is extremely personable, and she is very good. She does not try to sell me things I don't need. She usually gives me some kind of economical advice on how I can save from overspending, and that is great. I didn't like the doctor who was there before she took over somebody's practice and I wasn't going to go there anymore, but I ended up going because that where my prescription was and I just fell in love with her. She will run into me on the street and know my name. She ran the race for two years for the cure and she is a cancer survivor. She is really philanthropic, a mother and all of those things. In regards to her availability, I always get an appointment. Her office is tiny. For last two years I tried to use contacts and she showed me how to get contacts and took the time just to show me how to do and did not rush it unlike other doctors who were just pushing me to hurry up.

It is pretty good there especially for the amount of people they see. They give you your medication and eye glasses there. It is a big hospital and they see a lot of people. The eye exam was pretty thorough. They have very modern equipment. You have to wait a long time for your appointment which is to be expected.

My 83 year old mother went to the Walmart Vision Center in Lake Park Florida for an eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Bethany Bremer, Optometrist examined and prescribed glasses for my mother. The new glasses gave my mother double vision. When she went to return the glasses, the staff immediately recognized the problem stating that they had "forgotten to add something". They mailed my mother her new corrected glasses and these glasses gave my mother triple vision!  At this point, I thought it was best to just return the glasses and take my mother to another vision center. Jay, from the Walmart Vision Center was trying to be helpful. The refund required authorization by the Walmart  CSM.  Linda, the CSM for this Walmart, was rude and arrogant to Jay and never acknowledged me even though I was standing next to Jay.  Without listening to his request for refund, she deleted the data and left the vision center. Jay called her back and she tried to say that my mother had not paid for anything even though Jay had the information that she had. Again she left the vision center.  Jay actually left the vision center to go and bring back an Associate named Joe who apologized for the problem and refunded the money for the glasses.  Jay went and asked Dr. Bremer for a refund for the eye exam and came back to tell me that Dr. Bremer "NEVER" refunds money for her examinations.  I took my mother to a Lenscrafters and after examining my mother's eyes and writing a prescription, I asked him to review the prescription that Dr. Bremer had written.  He said that he could understand why that prescription caused by mother to have triple vision.
My mother is 83 years old.  She is wheelchair bound. She does not use a computer.  As an advocate for my mother and for the elderly, please do not waste your time or money at the Walmart Vision Center in Lake Park, Florida.

Excellent. Doctor explained in great detail the nature and etiolgy of my condition. He answered all my questions to my complete satification. He gave me a sample of the Rx he subscrbed in case it had side effects---which he explained. (This would have saved my buying a Rx that I could not use. I have been going t9o this Doctor for 25 years and cannot say enough good about him and his staff.
