  • The doctor completed the physical examination and ordered appropriate tests. As a GP, in this day and age Dr. Dharia is a good primary care doctor. The office still suffers from the pressure of too many patients and too little time to treat them, which in my case left me wanting some additional time and analysis from the doctor.

  • She is a GP. She is very good with her patients. She gets me in and out in a timely manner. I can't complain about her staff. They are good. They act like they are privileged to help me.

  • The offices are not very clean, nor up to date, and they small old. (Especially the Burns Road office)

The weigh scale was over 10 pounds under calibrated!  I'm also not sure the blood pressure cuffs were working well because that too was a bit off.  The scale weighed me at least 10 pounds under what I really weigh. (I'm thin already so I'd know.)

The blood pressure reading was also much lower than I've ever been in years.  But who knows, it could have been an off day...

The front office is very disorganized.  It's actually a physical mess. The web based patient portal has me listed as someone I've never heard of before.  Still haven't gotten that straightened out yet. They also couldn't find my results from a CT scan I had nor the results for the sonogram.  They did end up finding them but it took some doing on their part.

The office in West Palm is not messy and it appeared better organized. The staff also seemed to know their jobs better.

But none of them are very friendly save for one female in the WPB front office window.

The first time I met the doctor he ended up screaming at me because he didn't think I was taking enough medication (I use natural organic and biological (if available) instead of big pharm meds that end up hurting you more.) and he felt I wasn't pro-active enough. I'm not in distress and I'm not on any meds.  I need a doctor that is open to proven natural remedies.

I went to him originally make sure that IF I ever had a problem, I'd have a gastro to turn to in an emergency.

    It was a strange experience.

Now he wants to schedule a colonoscopy and I don't think he is careful enough to trust with the procedure.

I have mixed feelings about this doctor. He seemed informed, but his bed side manner is downright rude at times. And the office on Burns is really a tragic mess.   Once in a while you can see a kind person peek out of his doctor role, but because of his quirky personality and the disorganization of the office on Burns, and the fact he practices at a hospital I would prefer not to go to,  I think I am going to try to find a different doctor in the area.

  • She listened to me and made feel very comfortable and at ease.  They had really good scheduling and availability.  I also only had to wait about 5 minutes in the waiting room and then I was taken back spoke to a nurse and then the doctor came right in.

  • I have been going to Dr. Timothy Mark for 12 years. He is very friendly and thorough. He isn't the type to see a patient for 10 minutes and say see you next year. He listens to my concerns. He has learned that I am a proactive patient, and I will do additional reasearch and I will question him. I can go in with my list of concerns and so far the communication between associates has been good. If I have a concern that he can't treat himself he will refer me.

  • She's excellent! She is prompt with her appointments and she's thorough in her evaluations and guidance. She is quite knowledgeable and skilled. She listens to us when we talk about issues and she responds with solutions. We've been very pleased with her.

  • It went very well. The office environment is very nice, and I did not wit long at all before seeing Dr. Heroux. She was great. I felt that she spent sufficient time with me, and I felt very comfortable. She did not rush me, and she answered questions I had. She is friendly and explains what she is doing as she works.

  • there were at least 20 patients waiting each time I saw the Dr and I felt like I was at an assembly plant hard to get any questions answered and didn't want to perform duties that my previous vascular surgeons in other cities did as their general practice.Would suggest avoiding this Dr completely.

  • Prostate was reduced from inside to 1/3 volume 1/2 by weight. Almost all pulp removed including small cyst with slow growing cancer.Used new Bi Polar TURP instead of Green Laser to get all material to sample. Follow up in Hospital Biopsy negative. Need to follow up every 18 months for MRI and possible biopsy. No negative side effects of procedures. Very competent.and up to date.

  • I called his office to try and also get an appointment for my husband. I put on hold for more than 10 minutes, and when the receptionist came back on the line and I commented that was an unusually long hold time she was very rude to me.
