They are really like a cat spa! They have plenty of space for both my cats to jump and move around. The staff is very friendly and take the cats out to play with them. They go above and beyond to help their clients and are very reasonably priced. I will recommend them and continue to use them.

This is our second boarding experience with A Country Cat House and we will keep using them again. the first time we left our 2 cats, one is 16 yrs old and other is 3; they were well taken care of for 3 weeks. they have a military discount which helps. this year we just left them for 2 weeks and received pictures via email and report on how they were doing. they get exercise and have a nice view of the gardens in a lovely country garden out of the way from noise setting and no dogs to upset them. I can tell when they get home how it doesn't take long to readjust as in past with other facilities it took a week to get back on their schedule. thanks to the staff and keep up the good work. they are all very friendly and helpful. rita and jim creamer

We have used Fuzzy Friends for years now and trust them completely. They take good care of our fur baby and provide us with daily updates and pictures so we have peace of mind. I highly recommend their services.

Professional, clean and our dog loves it here! We can't thank the wonderful staff enough for taking our scared, defensive rescue and turning her into a Dog of the Month. Owners Angie & Kendall have created a Dog Heaven in Riverview. Our thanks to Kara, Shayla, Jason, our "personal Dog Whisperer" Victoria, Super Trainer Kristin and everyone else there. Keep up the strong work!

We had been on the road three days moving to a new state. We checked out of our hotel in the morning and arrived to do the final walk-though for our new home. The sellers had not moved out and it was clear it was going to take them hours to finish. We called Boyette and explained our situation. They contacted our vet to get the cats records and let us board the cats for the day. They were very kind, understanding and helpful. It was a stressful day but they took care of our pets!

The reason for this low review rating, is for a couple of reasons. My wife and I have owned dogs our entire lives. We decided to contact Sam Ivey due to my wife and I adopted a Great Dane and wanted some extra help with training our puppy. We have two other dogs in our house at the time also. After starting training with Ryann, we noticed our dogs started to fear us when we tried to correct them. When our puppy first started to learn spot training at the hands of Ryann, he tried to jump away from Ryann when she forced him into down position. Our puppy was trying to get away from Ryann so badly, on a pincher collar, I had to stop the training due to fear of my dog getting hurt. When I contacted the owner Sam himself, I was insulted and basically told that I overreacted due to severing in the military and going to Iraq. At that point, I stepped out and allowed my wife and children to continue without me. When we explained to Ryann that we did not want to use a E-Collar (shock collar), we wanted to explore other options, Ryann basically told us that there was nothing she could do. They are fear and punishment based training - HER WORDS. Ryann stated that she could already see the aggression in our dog and its only going to get worse. The only person our dog has growled at, is Ryann! When we asked why other trainers dont use E-Collars, her answer because they dont know what they are doing. We have taken our puppy to numerous stores and around a ton of people with no issues whatsoever. After holding our stance that we did not want to use the E-Collar, Ryann basically quit on us. When I tried to connect Sam over this, I felt that I was treated like our business and opinion didnt matter. Just because we are not the type to use fear and pain to train our dogs, they are the professionals and their opinions and recommendations are the only ones that matter. It is their training and no other way. So, if you want your dog to obey you based on fear, then Sam Ivy is the company you want. I regret ever calling them and making that initial appointment. While our dogs have learned spot, leash controls and boundary, its going to take time to get them back towards their happy selves. After I left this review on Facebook, the owner of the business decided to attack me on social media and basically call my wife and I liars. I would be very cautious on doing business with this company.

We have used Fuzzy Friends for cat sitting services for a few years now when we vacation and every time we are extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. We know that we can count on them to be there when they say they will, keep an eye out on our home as well as our kitty, communicate with us in a timely manner, and send us photos that help us feel rest assured that our fur baby is safe. I would highly recommend their service.

I have a monthly program with them. I think it's like $35.00 a month. It covers medication, it's all the dental cleaning, annual shots and all that stuff. They interact with my pet pretty well. I have a lab. They make sure she's comfortable. She can't really have treats because she's allergic to a lot of things. It's fine. She's allergic to chicken and rice which is everything that's in dog food.

Excelllent place for dog daycare and for boarding. Staff gets a personal connection with your pet, always available (during business hours) for phone calls about status of your pet). Has been helpful in getting our dog to be more social with other dogs....

The wait is not too bad because I make an appointment. The interaction is good. They are pretty responsive to whenever you call and ask them a question. They usually make themselves available when you have to bring your pet in.
