    Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property, and how they promote their listings. The Tony Baroni Team stood out as the best Tampa has to offer! His rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence was strong, and I could tell his team puts a lot of work into their listings. My husband and I met with Tony and Cheri at our home. They spent a long while answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, their promise to us and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house would be tough to sell just because of the comps and market. Tony made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, making recommendations on what to improve in our house and what will work as is, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. He was honest about the selling price and was not pushy in any way. To our surprise our home was able to list for a lot more than we had thought it would. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His teams hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.The video highlights of our home on all the websites really made our home stand out from the competition. And the huge printed brochures were also a nice touch when people came to see our home. Our house went under contract just shy of 25 days after we put it on the market at close to asking price. We accepted and Tony and his team walked us through every step up until we handed the keys over at closing. Tony even made it a point to check in on us personally to see how we were doing with the showings, all while he was out of town. Such a nice touch to feel not just "another client" I've recommended the The Tony Baroni Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy with a top notch team of hard workers that care. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. Even after the house was sold....and we moved away, both Cheri and Tony kept in touch asking if there was anything that we needed. Even went above and beyond to mail us a few items that we had forgotten to pack up! Thank you so much Tony. We had such a wonderful experience in such a stressful event! ~ The Callahans

    Horrible experience. They arrived late, were unprofessional, and careless. See photo of the wall they hit by negligence. Please avoid the frustration I am going through and avoid Brothers EZ moving at all costs. Even as I write this, still waiting for someone to call and at least apologize for the bad experience.

    Sad times for us as we closed out parents estate. But, Ouzie���s team from Nationwide made it so much easier. Courteous, respectful, careful and great attention to details. Most of the pieces were antiques. It was an out of state move. They worked with our scheduling and traveling between states. They offered helpful suggestions. They never assumed; they always asked first. Five STARS, 100%+ job performance. Highly recommend and will use them again if need ever arises.

    To begin, Deanna provided a quote the same day that was very competitive. She was professional and courteous, arrived on time, and took the time to discuss what I expected. Zang & Fabrico arrived on time and called ahead to inform me that they were on their way. The quoted time to complete the move was 2.5 hours, these two completed it in about 3 hours. Zang packed everything in my kitchen carefully, wrapping everything. Fabrico took care with my wood furnishings and wrapped them in the moving blankets very well. I am very satisfied with my interaction with this company and it's employees. Thank you!

    I had Brothers EZ Moving do an in town move, moving from one townhouse to the next. They packed me on day one and moved me on day two. Both days they worked their butts off to make sure that they completed the work on time. They broke down and set-up my beds and desk so that I did not have to. More importantly once everything was delivered and unpacked nothing was broken or damaged. I have done a lot of moves this was one of the smoothest I have ever done. Pricing was very reasonable based on my past experience with movers. I have never had movers pack for me before, but my old house sold faster than expected and I didn't have time to pack it myself. I will definitely consider having them pack me again in the future.

    I made the mistake of hiring this firm in part because the owner Jake quickly responded to my request for a quote for a move across town. Bull Moving's "estimate" for packing and moving was significantly less than the more professional moving company I had initially selected, and Jake seemed like a nice young business owner so I thought I'd try to support his company. Jake's estimate was a low ball one and the total charge ended up much higher. The move was a complete and utter nightmare for so many reasons. The crew that came to do the move consisted of a bunch of current USF students with no experience at all. While moving may not be rocket science, their inexperience led to many of the issues we encountered. For example, one young man spent almost an entire day packing up the kitchen, going at a snail's pace. He spent an extremely inordinate amount of time, carefully wrapping in paper, items that were NOT breakable, only to not wrap items that were, essentially wasting the day. For one large armoire was supposed to be moved upstairs, the crew took almost an hour discussing how to move the large piece, and after finally deciding on the best course, proceeded to push it into the wall, knocking a hole in the drywall on the staircase and still did not get the piece up the stairs. The house was brand new and had never had anyone live in it...and within hours, the crew had knocked a hole and scraped up the staircase and banisters. The repair job for the drywall was just horrendous. Jake insisted on doing it himself instead of getting a drywall person to do it, and the amateurish repair was just like the move itself. After two tries, it still looked horrible and while attempting to repair the wall, they managed to drip paint on the baseboards. They never even had a drop cloth while they tried to spray texture onto the wall, getting the texture mixture on our brand new carpet. They totally damaged expensive wood frames, knocked a piece of wood off a dresser, broke a treadmill by only partially disassembling it before moving it and ripping all the wiring apart, commingled all sorts of property together inexplicably- ie: things from the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom would all be thrown in the same box making unpacking a tedious pain, broke the main hook on a total gym, failed to pack any cords or remotes with any of the tvs, they ran out of boxes, etc, etc, etc. It's been months since the move and I am still discovering things that were damaged during the move. I would never hire this company again. I should have used the professional moving company. I learned my lesson.

They were 100% willing to help us unpack when we saw how overwhelming the job was going to be for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to move.

    Update 11/07/2017: After some back and forth with this company in which they tried to bribe me to remove my review (admittedly, I was bribeable but they wouldn't meet my 50% requested refund, but offered 30%). Then on Sunday, my son brought to my attention that his three boxes from his bedroom did not make it to our house. There was nothing in the old house - we did a walk through with the owner and it was completely empty - so the only thing left to assume is that All My Sons lost the boxes somehow in the less than 2 mile drive to our new house. I called the company - stonewalled. This company is not interested in helping anyone or in rectifying their mistakes. This company is a classic bait and switch and if you call them out, then they do substandard work and don't complete the job adequately. We are still moving items from rooms in which they were randomly placed to the correct room. This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I have ever had and I truly hope that these words resonate with whomever is thinking about using this company. DO NOT!!!! Your furniture will be broken, you will be missing items, you will not receive good customer service from the individuals completing the move (except possibly Sean but now even that's in doubt given the missing items). Please pay attention to these negative reviews. We had our move scheduled for Saturday. Saturday came, the movers did not - received a call saying a crew had called in sick so my move would occur in the afternoon. Movers didn't get to my 4 bedroom home til after 3:30. I was very specific about the items in our house that needed to be moved. The movers got to my home and looked around, said it would be about 8 hours (I was quoted for 5) and they'd be there til around one in the morning. First of all, they need to be somewhat true to their quote; I understand a little slippage but not 400 or 500 dollars more. Then the crew that was there suggested that I cancel the move and hire them to come back the next day and they'd move me for half of what I was paying the moving company! I just had to furnish the truck. Unethical! I spoke to Diana and arranged for movers to come back on Sunday, which is not a typical work day for them. I requested a completely different crew - Diana sent the guy who initiated the unethical suggestion, with two other individuals. They showed up late on Sunday, which seems to be par for the course. So finally they're moving stuff - loading up the truck which actually went pretty well. However, once we got to our new house things started to go downhill. They left a couple of pieces of patio furniture in the yard. Put clearly labeled boxes in the wrong rooms, did not assemble furniture correctly, didn't advise when a piece of furniture broke slightly, just counted on me not being observant enough to notice. This company deserves so much less than one star. The one guy (the one who is unethical) kept complaining. The third guy was great to start with but got increasingly surly as the day progressed. The ONLY bright spot was the head guy, Sean. He was cheerful and businesslike every step of the way. If only AMS had all Sean' would be a great company but they don't and it's not. Even Diana, who was quite nice, was completely unreasonable when it came to costs. You cannot give someone a quote over the phone of 800-900 then expect them to pay 1300. If a business cannot provide accurate quotes over the phone then they shouldn't do it. So now I have a damaged desk and after they left I was sliding my dresser over only to find they had not attached both arms of the mirror to the back of the dresser so the mirror slipped and now the wood is gouged. Failure on all levels for this company! DO NOT USE!!!!
