They give you the best materials at very reasonable prices, and have great budgeting options. I had a lot of doubts going into my kitchen remodel Jess was absolutely incredible and gave me $2000 off on my remodel. The experience of their workers, and installers was very impressive and I had a great time to working with their entire staff. I very much recommend going to their showroom first before making a decision on materials. These are the best designers in Tampa St Pete and Clearwater.

We have used Scott multiple times. There is nothing he can't do. He is prompt, respectful, hardworking and talented! His woodworking skills are amazing. If something needs to be figured out, he will solve the problem. I think nothing of leaving him in my home. He is very honest. He put copper tile on our fireplace in the picture below. We are changing the doors so it is not finished but it is just 1/100 th of what he has done for us.

    Upscale Kitchen & Bath
Summary: It will be four months on 4/12/18 and the two bathrooms are not complete. I canceled the third bathroom contract due to non-performance, now Royce owes me $7900 since March 5 2018 and I have received excuses and lies the entire 8 months since I have signed my contract. His PM, Duane left the company on 3/2/18, but I have been on a GROUP TEXT with ROYCE AND DUANE since 12/12/18, so Royce cannot claim he wasn't aware of the status of my project. WHY DOES IT TAKE 2 MONTHS for framed mirrors? The last time he was at my house was 2/9/18 to install marble tops. BTW, I didn't use Upscale's product because he could not deliver on the marble I chose, so I used PR Marble and Granite, which is an outstanding product. Please see entire synopsis below from texts I have kept since July 2017 when I signed my contract. Signed contract 7/12/17 and down payment of $24, 400(total price: $11k guest bath +$11K kids bath and $26,800 master bath). I have entire text messages from July 2017 to now as evidence. Was waiting on stone from China. I insisted on a engineered MEP(electrical plumbing) plan and permit for master bath from very beginning. 1st request for plan, 8/29/17, Royce stated he was "working on it." Stated, 8/28/17 could finish guest and kids bath by 11/17/17 if he could go into production. 2nd request for plans: 11/3/17" no response. 11/15/17: stated stone will be available on 11/22/17 and will get plans to me by the weekend. Plans never received. 11/20/17 stated plan was sent. No plans received.11/22/17: stated he was doing the plans right then. no plans received. stated software problems. stated once stone is agreed to, he would get the plans. 12/1/17 stated stone arrives. I drive to Port Richey, an hour away, and stone was NOT there and Royce was 30 minutes late . He stated the stone could not be processed into panels(he knew this the day before). Stated to meet him at PR Marble on 10th ave in Tampa. Stone from PR marble was agreed to. 12/7/17: asked to start on 12/11/17. Stated he can start on 12/13/17. I asked to be completed by 12/22/17. He said could not guarantee it. requested MEP plan again. Royce stated he would "check with engineer tomorrow." 12/11/17: requested MEP plan again. send him original house plans.Royce said he had to change engineers again. 12/12/17: confirmed receiving original house plans. 12/13/17: started work and I gave him $2750. asked about work hours, Royce stated 8-830-5 thereafter. 12/15/17: sent pics of needed fixes. 12/20/17: asked for MEP plan again. Royce states engineer is dragging his feet. I offer to provide people who can do plans. 12/21/17 send the name of three contacts with numbers. 12/22/17: Duane White, PM, becomes a group text with Royce and I. Bathrooms not completed. Stated the master bath is not to start until other bathrooms are completely finished and I have approved MEP plan for master bath and permit was obtained. Also informed him of all the issues, missing hardware, bath not completed. I also stated I have outside cameras and his workers showed up at 12pm and stay until 5pm. one day they showed up at 848am and left at 3. Royce states will address issue. it was not addressed. I did request no work from 12/23-1/2/18. stated work would start on 1/2/18. 1/3/18 stated vanities will be in next day but tops had to be ordered. Requested MEP plan again. Royce stated he would have them the next day. 1/4/18: no plans. Royce stated he emailed asking for it. 1/5/18: plumbing issue being fixed in guest bath 1/8/18: requested plans. Royce said it was sent to engineer. 1/9/18: requested plans. no response. bringing mirrors back to shop to wrap. said plans were with engineer and Royce has the flu.1/12/18: no work. two guys with the flu. hoping for Monday. stated bathrooms to be finished by end of next week 1/19/18.1/15/18: stated royce has met with engineer but did not have answer on time frame.1/17/18: requested plans. Duane told me on the phone that the plans were NEVER at an engineer, they never hired one. Gave three references. 1/23/18: Duane said he would be there to go over master bath and outstanding issues. This meeting never happened. requested MEP plan. 1/26/18: no work being done. I sent architect info that was referred to me. I marked up a PDF of the existing plans of what I needed. Royce no longer responds to texts or calls, however, he is on this text chain. 1/30/18: still no tops, granite company was backed up. Duane stated he was meeting with architect next day at 1pm. 2/1/18: stated royce was going to draw up cabinets for master. This was never received.2/6/18: asked for plans. said tops to install on friday 2/9/18. asked about fixing crooked knobs. 2/9/18: tops are in, but vanity size is now bigger than existing, which requires mirrors to be bigger. Still not complete.2/12/18: where are plans? Status of mirrors? Reply: picking up wood tomorrow and having mirrors cut. No plans. 2/14/18: where is the plan? No reply. 3/5/18: Royce states Duane has left company, which Royce states jobs were left hanging. I stated ROYCE was on a group text the ENTIRE time with Duane, he knew the exact status of my bathrooms. Royce states he is on it. I send pictures of outstanding issues in bathrooms. Royce states he will be at my house the next day to measure for the framed mirrors. Royce did not show up on 3/6. Did not show up on 3/7 as he stated he would. 3/8/18: Royce shows up at house, measures for mirrors, see outstanding issues. Says he will have refund check ready tomorrow.3/9/18: asked when the mirrors will be ready. Reply: Royce states have not confirmed order yet. Still NO CHECK. 3/14/18: asked about refund check and mirrors. Reply: Royce states mirrors are ordered. Royce wants to give me a POST DATED check. I reply, NO. 3/19/18: request refund check. No reply. 3/20/18: request refund check. Reply: Royce states: should be this week. States it takes two weeks for mirrors, so that would mean the mirrors would be in on 3/24/18. 3/22/18: where is refund check. NO REPLY. 3/23/18: where is refund check? NO REPLY. 3/28/18: where are mirrors? NO REPLY. 3/29/18: Where are mirrors? Reply: expecting them tomorrow, can install on Tuesday 4/3. What about check? Reply: family emergency, Ill be there tomorrow. 4/4/18: where are you and where is refund check? Reply: Im at the hospital. My wife has thyroid cancer. I will be there on Friday. I state, sorry to hear that. Please confirm you have framed mirrors in your possession. Reply: will text my warehouse to confirm. FJ Tile Marble Inc
Wow!! Jay and his crew are amazing.. Jay scheduled a time to come and give an estimate.. we decided to go with him but he was about 6 weeks out.. he knew how important this remodel was to us and made it happen within a few days and worked through the weekend.. I never expected such understanding, commitment, customer first mentality to this level.. During the process a crew member became ill and Jay (owner) stepped in and completed the job himself.. the work performed is A+ quality and we could not asked for anything more. If you are in need of any tile work or remodeling call FJ Tile and Marble.. If you dont, you made a mistake!!!

The guy's were on time, clean, efficient, and informative. Everyday at the end of the day they would go over what was done and what needed to be done. They were here a week everyday the laid down tarps to walk on they took all the trash with them. The niche I purchased did not fit they made one for me!!! These guys will be back to do a floor for me in my dinning room later in the year. I highly recommend!!!

Everything seemed fine at the start, so we hired them to install our counter tops. They came out did the temp plate and after about two days we received the lay out, here is where everything went down hill. Called our project mgr. with some questions and found out they had the wrong sink to be installed, then we find out they had the wrong edge to be installed on the counters. About two days later we received the finale bill breakdown, and of course it was no where close to what we were told the cost was going to be at the start of this. Well, it turned out that the person who measured out our counter tops, Pedro, didn't put the estimate in for the right amount of granite we would need. This was even him telling us how much we needed, so we were not understanding why he did the estimate for a lower sq ft. of counter tops. We called our project mrg. to find out what was going on and she had Pedro call us back who tells us he remembers the amount he told us we needed, but couldn't find the paper work. After we look over the finale bill, we noticed the date on the bill was done before the temp plate was done....which then we wanted to know, how did they know they would need more sq. ft. of granite, if the temp plate hadn't even been done yet....We called to speak with a mgr. and was told one would call us back, and no one did. Pedro, called us and told us we was going to see about doing the job at the price we were told at start and he would call us back by the end of the week. Never heard back from him, good thing we never signed off on the blue print at this time, so we were able to fire them, and go with another company.

    David Spence Inc.
Poorly. To elaborate; - When scheduling, we were told the appointment would be "between 9 and 10 am." Apparently, that means they will show up at some random time between 9 and 10 am, rather than the meeting will last for one hour, from 9 to 10 am. - While meeting for the estimate, David made strange comments about not being involved in sports and "how much testosterone" he had running through his system. Thanks for mansplaining to the pretty little lady that you can lift a box of tile. So can I. - This is our fifth home remodel and I am a realtor who has helped investors purchase and remodel properties. To make the bidding process easier, we did a lot of work to put together the preliminary scope of work, floor plans and tile/fixtures budget (i.e. the most difficult part of estimating). During the meeting, David basically said we had to buy all materials through his suppliers because he was worried they wouldn't be at the job site when he needed them. Totally bogus excuse. We would have had them at the job site before the work even started and would not have expected or required any warranty by the contractor for materials we supplied. In other words, he wants to charge you $5/sqft for tile you can buy for $2/sqft at Floor and Decor. Caveat emptor. - They called the next day with some other bogus excuse about not being able to bid the work. Wonder why? Because he only works with ignorant homeowners he can gouge on materials and who won't question anything he does. Well, there are obviously plenty of those out there. In short, if you're a proactive homeowner who knows anything about construction, costing, etc., this won't be a good fit for you.

The job was done quickly and professionally! Jeremy and his guys showed up first thing every morning and worked until dark every evening. They cleaned up every day before leaving and did exactly what was asked. And the price was unbeatable!

    Shower Doors by Nevec
My experience with this company was wonderful! From the moment I called for a quote, and spoke to the young lady who scheduled our appointment, all the way through the end of the job, I was exceptionally pleased with the service. The installer arrived within the window they gave me, (which was important to me considering I have had prior issues with other companies in regards to the same) and was courteous and professional while in my home. He worked fast and was very detailed in the installation and above all installed a shower door that I am in love with! Great quality for a great price! I recommend them to anybody.
