AExceeded expectations!!! The crew was friendly, conscientious and professional. I forgot to move outdoor furniture, but they did so and carefully. They were on time, clean, and the prep was outstanding. The made sure I was informed at every step. There was a problem area in which the builder "wrapped" finishes to "look" like wood and they matched it to perfection. Good luck to you if you don't choose them. Anyone else can only do just as good, but cannot do better!

FNot well. Although the company’s receptionist was courteous, and after speaking with the owner himself, David Spence, I am completely mind boggled with their “No Mask Policy”. My husband (who is both a land developer for over 30 years and has the #3 rated Medical Supply Company (PPE) (according to the State Of Maryland... look it up) asked that regardless of their ‘policy’ of not wearing masks unless its mold, asbestos or hazardous materials would they please wear a mask when interviewing and walking through the home of our 80 year old parents with medical issues. They plainly said no. Said they take the temperature of their employees daily. We stressed that we will be traveling from Maryland via airplane and that we might infact be Covid 19 carriers and dont want to infect his employees though our main reason was the protection of our parents. David Spence stated that he is OSHA certified and safe. The real issue at hand is that we want business and patrons to be safe on both sides when entering our domiciles. We would hope that the majority of Angieslist Contractors would adhere to this by implementing a Covid19 safe policy for the safety of the customers whom homes and businesses they renevate will also feel safe. This should be inplace in light of the fact that more people are getting their homes remodeled due to the worldwide pandemic. I am at a sheer loss for words on this day, March 04, 2021 when 500,000 Americans have lost their lives due to Covid and my senior parents can’t even depend on the people making their homes comfortable to live in safe for them to live in.

FThe appointment window was between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. The technician arrived at about noon. He quoted over $600 to do what I believed to be a relatively simple job. He also really tried to sell their "club" membership program. I declined the service. He then called his manager and was able to get the price down to $344. I thought the price was still too high and declined. I had to pay a "service fee" of $39. Afterwards I was able to find a company that will do the work for under $200.
