When I brought the pants back, I was told that I had to drive to another location and try to speak with Mr. Nelson because they can do nothing about it.
Caveat: Mr. Nelson is only at the location from 7 am- unspecified time (they said he leaves "early"). I asked that Mr. Nelson contact me, since my work schedule does not permit me to drive to Kings Ave. at 7 am, during the week. He will not contact me. I was offered zero apologies, no mention of a refund (even for the $5.69 I payed to have them dry clean (ahem..ruin) the slacks.
In fact, 2 different employees hung up on my, when I tried to call. One employee (Becky) told me that "they do not make mistakes" and "I do not have time for this." She even went so far as to say that I should take the pants back to the store that I bought them from because the company put the "dry clean only" label on an item that is not supposed to be dry cleaned and THAT is the reason they are damaged. Please do not patronize a business with such apparent lack of customer service, response, and quality.
So far, they have refused to compensate me or offered any type of refund for the damages. I had just purchased the pants, and this was the first time cleaning them. They cost me ~ $90.00

I am not sure how to rate this business because the first 3 items we took in to have dry cleaned turned out fine. If that would've been my entire experience, I would've given them an A. However, I took in our curtains to be dry cleaned and when I picked them up, they were a different color. I found their prices to be reasonable but I think because they use a different process of dry cleaning they tend to take longer than other places I have been to. The items were available on the days they told me that I could pick them up. The customer service aspect was fine up until the problem with the curtains. When I brought them in, they were green. Not only am I not color deficient but I have pictures of them and know several people who could verify that. For some reason, the color on the store receipt lists them as "tan". I have no idea why. My receipt didn't have any color listed. When they were brought out to me, they were kind of a gold/tan color. I checked them several times because I thought they had given me the wrong curtains. Once I saw they were my curtains, I explained to the employee that there was a problem. Her English was limited so we had trouble communicating. She insisted that there wasn't a mistake and showed me the receipt stated that they were "tan" curtains when they came in to the store. She had me fill out a complaint form. While I was filling that out, another customer came in to complain about his shirts not being done the way he had asked. He also tried to communicate with the lady but ended up saying, "I'm not going to pursue this but I am never bringing my dry cleaning back here again." So I started doubting their reputation and ended up taking my other drycleaning, which I had with me, to another business. The manager, Karin, called me back and was defensive saying that she was not a "liar" when she wrote that the curtains were tan. I never called anyone a liar and certainly did not like that they were insinuating that I was lying. I understand that mistakes and unexplainable experiences can happen every now and then and am willing to say that is what happened in this situation. However, I know, after being on both sides of the counter, that their customer service was lacking. They shouldn?t have assumed I was lying, shouldn?t have gotten defensive and should?ve handled the situation in a more productive, proactive manner. She eventually said that I would not be charged and would like no hard feelings.

Asked almost double the price upon arrival, and after new price was agreed on, did a mediocre job. Some aspects of the job were excellent, but other aspects poor and unfinished.
