They immediately assessed the situation, determined that I needed a new tire, had one shipped from their distributor and replaced the tire by 10 am. My trip was saved.   Horrible Experience With These people Originally purchased all new tires from this location and also purchased the warranty for them which is why we took it back there to be replaced ... After having my car from 12:30 -5:30 when I returned to get my car after JOSE said it would be ready, my car had not been touched, he went on to tell me it may be 7pm or possibly even the next day to get it replaced!!!!! I wasted an entire day for nothing at 5:30 I've still got a screw in my tire and that little guy could care less !! His poor customer service was beyond infuriating no manager on duty and no other excuse other than i didn't have an appointment!!!! Wel next time I will schedule for a screw in my tire !! Never again would I go there!!! 👎

  So happy. Just picked up my 2008 Yaris from its first ever trip to a shop. I've done oil changes, filters, etc., starting when I bought the car new just over 5 years ago. But tires were finally worn - at least in the front (I expected to have to replace all 4), it needed an alignment (was pulling to the right), and I suspected it might need a brake job (only because it's hit 53,000 miles, not due to any symptoms). These guys are so honest! After they inspected the car, Bob Clarke (owner) called me. I only needed the front tires replaced; there was still room on the tread on the rear tires. It did need the alignment and a leaking axle seal replaced. I'd expected to need a brake job and for both axle seals to be replaced, but he said the brakes are fine and only the one seal needed to be replaced. I opted for tires with a 65,000 mile warranty ($82 each) because I prefer to run high quality tires. The 4-wheel alignment was $89.95 (quite reasonable). The bulk of the labor was the $235 to remove and replace the left front axle (and differential) seals. They COULD have said that I needed to replace all 4 tires, needed a brake job, and needed both seals replaced, and I would have happily paid for it, knowing that the car was safe and the work was done properly. Their honesty has saved me hundreds of dollars, the care is safe, and it drives wonderfully again. I will absolutely be bringing my car (and my wife's) to Clarke Automotive from now on whenever we need tires or service. I can't imagine a better experience :)
