    KROWN SERVICE LLC
Our weekend DIY project of stripping old wallpaper and repainting our kitchen turned into a nightmare. John came to the rescue! After we had stripped two layers of stubborn wallpaper, the wallboard underneath was pretty damaged. John was able to prep the surface of the entire kitchen and bath, apply an absolutely beautiful knockdown surface throughout, and then paint everything - walls, ceilings, crown molding, baseboards, and trim. The job he did was truly wonderful and we are thrilled! It all looks beautiful, fresh, and up to date. John and his crew do meticulous work and the results are gorgeous. And they are wonderful to deal with too - very pleasant and respectful and considerate. We will definitely be using Krown Service again!

Exceeded expectations! Very smooth process from estimating and fixture selection with Grant, through the scheduling and the actual installation. They offered to start the job a few weeks early if it would fit our schedule. Mark and his crew were great! Mark met with us prior to the start to understand our expectations and he communicated the expectations to his crew. The crew was skilled and patient especially with the retired homeowner (me) while I looked over their shoulders and asked lots of questions. Randy, Dennis Mike and the rest of the crew were outstanding! I wish I could remember the names of everybody because they all deserve credit. The job was estimated to take 3 to 5 weeks, They were complete in 2 weeks and a day except for a few punch list items that were taken care of quickly with only 1 minor item remaining that they are waiting on the material. I have no doubt they will be out shortly! They are not the cheapest around but I was buying value and got it. If you want a bargain basement bathroom and price look elsewhere! They only use quality stuff and have their own crews, not subs!

John did a great job and was attentive to details such as the outlets, switch plates and vents. All the cabinets and flooring were covered. John did a very professional job and even offered extra help and a container of ceiling white, in case I wasn't as professional cutting in the top line as he is. I would definitely recommend John and use him again.

    Ranalli Painting & Wallpapering
Joe came to the house for an estimate. He was friendly and professional. I had the quote by the end of the day. They use high quality Sherwin Williams paint. Scott and Scottie were the painters. They were courteous, professional, neat. The job was completed on time and the work is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Ranalli Painting!

    JSL Painting Inc
Jay and his team did exactly what Jay told me they would do when we met to discuss the project. They showed up on time every day (4 days), worked hard, took short lunches, and cleaned up after themselves. They were meticulous about everything, making sure that things were done correctly. Jay has a very strong work ethic and will not settle for anything less in his team. On the last day Jay put everything back like it was, furniture, rugs, etc., and even re-hung my kitchen curtains without being asked! I would recommend JSL Painting to anyone and we will definitely hire them again to paint our bedroom walls in the future.

    Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay
Outstanding. After giving Integrity Finishes a prior job of stucco repairs and exterior painting we decided to use them again for this job. Just as the first job, everything was perfectly handled. Immediately after getting their proposal, work began and was completed in a very timely fashion. The quality of the work was exceptional. All of their staff is highly trained, very skillful and very experienced. They are true professionals. The clean up afterwards was perfect as well as direct follow up by the owner. For me, there is no other choice to use for any painting and finishing needs. Thank you Aaron and please pass along my appreciation to your guys. Best regards.

    ATi Services of Tampa Inc
Mr. Jack Z. from ATi Services, visited my house and he was punctual and had a folder of copies of his credentials. We discussed what I wanted and he offered several cost saving options. He kept my expectations realistic. Due to his high demand, I had to wait 4 weeks to get work started. This time allowed time to order tile and vanity and other items that will be custom made. Working with ATi Services, you get great discounts with their vendors. Once work started, his staff was very professional and kept the area clean after each day. I had a lock box for the staff to enter during the day. I felt comfortable giving Ryan access to the house. He treated my house as if it were his own. The work entailed more demolition due to old termite damage. This did raise the original quote but with ATi services great prices, it did not break the bank. All of the costs were fair. ATi Services went well beyond the call of duty. I had an issue with my floor vendor and ATi stepped in to install laminate flooring to allow me to move into the house on schedule. ATi Services offered to accept the same rate that I was originally charged. Other vendors would have taken advantage of my timeline and charged more for last minute request. Floors were done in 3 days after a 2 day notice. The Bathroom is beautiful! It feels like a hotel/spa bathroom. The glass shower doors are beautiful! Work was done on time and inspector from the Town inspection office were very impressed by ATi Services great quality of work. We were not aware of the requirement for a license for the entire bathroom. Since the great workmanship of Ryan, the inspector allowed work to continue and allowed 2 days to get the paperwork in. This rarely, if ever happens. I would recommend ATi Services for any of your renovations requirements. It is rare to find a company that is concerned about the budget of the customer, quality service and great staff! A combination that is a win win for everyone!

    Sunrise Quality Painting Inc
The crew was on time and very professional. They did an outstanding job and the place looks so great now! Cleaned up after themselves everyday. Really top notch company. I originally told Nick I did not want the metal closet doors painted. He called me the night before their last day and suggested I reconsider painting the closet doors as I would probably be disappointed in comparison to the newly painted walls. I followed his advice and he was absolutely correct and the doors look great.

    Pinellas Remodel, Additions & Decks
    Results were mixed.
For the initial drywall work, my wife was in town to supervise.   Quality and responsiveness were good, so we hired him for the major renovation.  Unfortunately,  we couldn't be in town to oversee the work.   The quality was much worse and many punch list items haven't been addressed almost ten months after the project was "completed".
Re: the renovation, when we awarded the contract, we emphasized a deadline to complete the work in 2 months to coincide with when we would be back in the house.   When we arrived, the project was nowhere close to finished - no aircon, tile, painting etc.   Sam claimed the delay was because one of our plumbing fixtures was out of stock, and this delayed a key building inspector
signoff.  We were at the house for a month, and relatively little work was done.   Sam would stop by for a few hours, and sometimes a subcontractor would be there, but when we departed, the renovation still wasn't finished.
Despite not being able to be on site to review the work, we paid Sam in full.   Several months later when we finally returned to the house, we noticed significant issues and notified Sam.   The tile floor sagged in places and the grout was disintegrating.
One of the sliding glass door panels wouldn't fit, and the door wasn't level (he says the floor is the issue, but it is more level than the door), the electrical outlets weren't level or flush, the ceiling was cracked, one of the new windows was off kilter, the aircon fittings weren't caulked/foamed resulting in a leak that damaged our ceiling, plus there were lots of small finishing issues.  Interestingly, he installed the screens for just one of the sliding glass doors and left the other pair against the wall of the garage.  I attempted to install them, and Sam tried on a later visit; they didn't fit.
Sam doesn't argue that there are issues, but he's been slow to respond.   Eventually, he reinstalled a few floor tiles, but it didn't address the sagging and the new grout quickly disintegrated.  Clearly, more reinforcement is needed beneath the tiles. Also, one of his crew spent a few hours over several days touching up the paint and ceiling.   We tried to contact him to pin down when he'll address the rest of the punch list (floor, sliding glass doors, electrical outlets, etc), but he is not returning our texts and emails.  We'll need to hire another contractor to finish the work, and we've been told that the entire floor may need to be torn up and replaced.
I think Sam is competent for deck work, but a renovation pushes his boundaries.
