    If you have a problem or just need a maintenance visit, I recommend Larson Air Conditioning. Our air conditioning had a problem on Friday. I called Larson on Friday and even though they had a jam-packed schedule they set up an appointment. They did arrive at about five in the afternoon. Our outside unit kept tripping off. They did the normal checks and fixed the problem in about an hour. The house was cooling down, we were happy. It turned out that we had more than one problem. The unit tripped off and we had an uncomfortable night. I called them first thing in the morning and they were back at the house by noon on Saturday. This time he went above and beyond. He not only fixed the problem, he told me that we should change out some rusted screws. The screws were so bad that to get the unit open he had to grind a notch in the screw head to take it out. Even though he told me that I should change the screws out he went ahead and did the work without saying another word. All told he was at the house twice the time that he had been there the evening before. On the original bill even though he was there until after six he did not charge me after hours rates. Even though he worked long and hard in the heat on Saturday he did not ask for any additional payment, If you want an honest hardworking air-conditioning technician that knows what they are doing call Larson Air Conditioning.

    He diagnosed it ... explained what had to be done and I agreed to fix/ replace whatever had to be done .....:then he replaced my old thermostat for a newer one ..... power washed my house .. .. my stall shower tiles become lose he removed them and replaced the entire floor.... they are my fix and service company very affordable very accommodating.

    MY AIR WASN'T COOLING PROPERLY SO I EMAILED WARNKY EARLY IN THE MORNING WHEN I GOT UP [6 A.M.]. THEY CALLED ME FIRST THING AND HAD A TECHNICIAN OUT WITHIN A FEW HOURS ON THE SAME DAY. I USED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY MY NEIGHBOR [JOHN HUBER] AND I WAS ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH COMPANY BECAUSE I HAD A SERVICE PLAN WITH THEM. IT WAS $85 FOR THE SERVICE CALL, $78 FOR THE COOLANT THAT WAS ADDED @ $50/LB, AND $140 FOR THE DYE KIT TO ASSESS WHERE THE LEAK IS LOCATED ON THEIR NEXT VISIT. THEY LET ME KNOW WHAT EVERYTHING WOULD COST BEFOREHAND. THEY TOLD ME MY UNIT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, AND THAT THEY CAN PERFORM WARRANTY WORK AS WELL AS INSTALLING A NEW UNIT IF NECESSARY. I AM ALSO GETTING A BID ON A NEW UNIT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PUNCTUALITY, HONESTY, AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE TECHNICIAN [ANGEL]. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN

    Tommy's Air Conditioning & Inc
    I had narrowed down the issue with my AC to a Freon leak in the system. Tommy's service men inspected the system and confirmed I had a freon leak due to an aluminum/copper interface in the Evaporator Core. I was informed the system could NOT be repaired due to the fact it was an older SEER 14 system and the whole system had to be replaced because of Florida regulations disallowing repair of older systems. I was informed a new system would run on the order of $7500. I declined the New Unit proposal, and the "serviceman" then offered a Freon Recharge with Stop-Leak. This remedial "Patch" would come with NO promise of either performance or longevity. I was informed the Stop-Leak might work for months or could fail in a day. The final quote for the Freon Recharge with Stop-Leak was $596. I declined this Stop-Leak offer. I am fiscally in no position to "Roll Dice." I ended up paying $65 for the service call, which would have been reasonable had the information given to me be valid regarding the repair of my existing system. Tommy's Technician did point out where the leak was, but the lie about not being able to repair the system rather than replace was disappointing, to say the least. In the end, I found "Licensed To Chill SWFL" recommended to me by neighbors, and MUST say Licensed To Chill SWFL were not only able to replace my leaking Evaporator Core, they upgraded it. Not only did "Licensed To Chill SWFL" arrive when they said, they were thorough, Professional and Polite, they charged me exactly what they had quoted. In the final analysis, I have to wonder how many people have fallen prey to such business scams as Tommy's AC.

    Are heating and air conditioning was totaled due to hurricane Irma. We had to wait for our income tax return to afford another unit. The owner was very quick and resposive in taking care of our family and making sure we had heat and air conditioning for our home. I was looking since the hurricane and "Pleasant Air Conditioning Services" was the most reasonable in cost. They dove over 100 miles and didn't charge us very much for the long distance they had to travel and still was on time. Thank you very much "Pleasant Air Conditioning Services.

    Things went very smoothly! This is a small company with excellent service and top notch quality workmanship. They removed my old, straight cool, equipment and replaced it with a new Heat Pump system. A defective thermostat turned out to be only a minor problem, but it was replaced within an hour. I highly recommend this company. Would I hire again? Absolutely!!!

    Job went fantastic. They were on time, very knowledgeable and friendly and did a thoroughly professional job. Joe came to give the estimate, which was better then the other 4 contractors I got estimates from.Offered me a 2 year warranty instead of the usual 1 and checkup no charge in 6 months. Cheaper is not always better but in this case it definitely was. Linda the office manager was a pleasure to work with and was on top of everything from installation to final inspection. AC Joe treated me right. You owe it to yourself to give them a call.

    Fantastic! The owners (Frank and Christopher) came the morning we called. Diagnosed the system that due to its age (18 years) it had to be changed out. Christopher was back that day and installed the new system, checked it out for it���s performance, and instructed us on how to use the new thermostat. We had air conditioning by 5pm the same day!,,
