    Community Eye Ctr
    Dr. Schaible is a good eye doctor, but his office operation is a nightmare. Even if you have an appointment, you better pack a lunch because you will be there waiting for hours. We have been going there for about ten years, and you NEVER are seen in a timely manner. All doctors seem to this to some degree, but this office is the worst I have ever seen. They also make unexplained mistakes on appointment times. Very poorly managed and inconvenient.

    I had a cracked tooth and although it wasn't an emergency at the time I called to schedule an appt. it could easily have become an emergency. The staff was friendly but somehow couldn't get me in for a week. I know some offices are busy but couldn't some accommodation have at least been attempted to try to get me in? I felt like I was being just blown off.

    The crown procedure went well. However, I was told a price which I verbally agreed to on June 20, 2016. But, later on I was billed $68.20 more than the quote. When I asked Panther Hollow Dental Lodge about the overcharge I was told that what the dentist had told me was an estimate. I never heard the word estimate when I was told how much the crown would cost. Nor did I approve of any charge over what I was told. When I left the office on June 20, 2016 and was told what I owed that day, I paid it. Later the over charge was billed to me. I believe this is out right consumer fraud.

    Ultimate Wellness Physical Therapy
    They did it on half of February and half of March. I just finished with my rehab. I kept my shoulder back into position again. There's zero bad. His biggest advantage is the fact that he listens to the patient. He fills you with all kinds of different advices and it fits to all your needs. His office environment is outstanding. The punctuality was absolutely outstanding. He can't get friendlier. Him and his workers are the exact same thing. His communication is very, very good. He is really on top of his stuff. He's really very efficient. I would use him without a doubt.

    Dr. Grey has been committed to providing the best care for my conditions from day 1. I am an engineer so typically have a lot of questions and insist on understanding the explanations. Dr. Grey has always patiently provided answers and explanations and is a good communicator. He has provided excellent care and advice, and my conditions are stable.
    The staff is typically very professional and also provides good care, although there has been the occasional staff member that could improve interpersonal skills, but that is an exception. The biggest negative is that you should plan on several hours in the office (I have run into that with other medical providers in the area). Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Grey, especially if you have any significant issues.

      We used him in the past for both of our medicare plans.   Cliff knows
    about all the plans and can easily help you choose what will work best
    for you.    We were not feeling good about having to wade through all the information, so it was a real help to have a guide who could point out all of the pitfalls as well as the good points of the various plans.    Then we were able to choose with our eyes open.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor patient care. Last teeth cleaning was unacceptable. Barely cleaned teeth and barely polished teeth. Less that 10 minutes. Then next appointment was screwed up. Felt like a dental factory. More concerned with getting rid of me for the next patient. Also waited 30 minutes after appointment time before going in. Previous filling work poorly done where the dentist created a problem that hadn't existed and then ignored my complaint. Will never go back!

    When I first got there, I was disappointed that I had to wait about 30 minutes. I saw the doctor walk in after I had been there for a while so I don't know what was up with that. I thought it was quite rude. So the very next day I saw the hygienist and she was very nice. She did something new that I have never heard of where she cleaned my teeth with water first. It took longer and I don't really know if it was necessary or not. Then she did the regular cleaning.
    Overall, it was an ok experience. My teeth were cleaned really well and she didn't hurt me at all. Dr. Joffe was nice and they have some great pictures in the rooms to look at.

    He's very conservative. My son's foot is really hurting him because he changed jobs and he is on his feet all day now. His feet hurt and so Dr. Tracy just wanted him to try not wearing the Dr. Scholl's insoles out of his shoes and just wear the regular insoles. He didn't want to give my son a shot of cordisone which is what my son wanted but my husband said he was glad that Dr. Tracy didn't do that because those shots are not good for you. They can be degenerative of the muscle. Dr. Tracy takes it real slowly.
