    My Gorilla Garage
On 12/11/18 I paid $2900 deposit for install of proposed work to be done on Wed 02/20/19. Called the Scheduler two weeks prior and discussed the project and revisions. On Monday 02/18, I recvd a call to inform the materials were not available for Wed and then scheduled for Sat-Sun delivery (btw, IT IS a 2-day process theyre selling.. dont be surprised when they find moisture and now youll need their vapor barrier sealant). Okay, that is a bunch of scheduling someone else into our spot - over commitment and they already have had our money for two months. So .. We had to rearrange our weekend plans of course. I had also picked up a UHaul to move our garage contents into while the job was being done. I ate one day UHaul $46 wasted because they took advantage. And, The job plan was modified before the crew arrived, but it had not been communicated as such. The crew also said they didnt have enough product to coat a 22 x 24 x 24 riser by steps. I was first told by the salesman if we changed our minds it could be done, and then told by the Scheduler that material couldnt be applied vertically like in a knee wall. The Gallery page on has a few photos showing otherwise. I tried for 5 days to speak with someone who could first explain the delay and then why their internal mismanagement was placed in my lap. The General Manager DOES NOT return your messages. Absolutely NO LEADERSHIP or ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY DONT CARE once they have your signature and money. The install crew did a good job. Otherwise I like the product (I guess well see if they honor their TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, AMAZING WARRANTY).

    Direct Flooring
Everything went perfectly. Went into the showroom where James assisted us. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Craig, the installer came out and measured and gave us the price for installation. We started out to do one room but because the price was so good and the service was so friendly and professional we wound up doing three rooms. We could not be happier. It's like living in a brand new house. Highly recommend Direct Floors, James, and Craig.

    Tile and Carpet World Inc
It went very well. The sales person was very helpful and helped us to pick reasonabley priced good carpet and pad. The installer, Jeff, was great. He and his helper showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was finished. They moved our furniture out and then moved it back in very carefully. We were very impressed with their skill and professionalism.

    Northern Quality Floorz
Matt & Steve removed carpet & installed laminate flooring in 3 large rooms & a staircase this past week in our home. What a terrific job - better than we could have hoped for. They were prompt, personable & perfectionists. The job took a week and they cleaned up & kept their tools & supplies neat every night. In a flash they were gone - We Love Our New Flooring.

    Non Slip Services
Could not be more pleased, very glad we had it done. The owner, Cash Finerd, did the work at our house and our boat, dealing with two different surfaces. Both were dangerously slippery when wet and now are completely safe no matter how much water is on the floors. Cash was prompt for both the estimate and the work, worked very neatly and answered all our questions. The product really works and is reasonably priced, a real value.

    ET Tile & Wood, LLC
He was on time and worked virtually nonstop the entire day. Everything was cleaned up when he finished and the rooms look great. He took away all the old carpeting and had all the tools he needed. No running to a store for missing tools or materials

    Iron City Installations
Contract stated they were to install Pergo Outlast, including Thresholds, 1/4 round, Backer Rod and Silicone (material supplied by us.) All went good until I left for a few minutes to return and caught installer, installing Thresholds without sealing floor with Silicone. He said it was the only one. Well he lied, because we had a leak in our Laundry room and water went to door and under Threshold and under Laminate Floor. Laminate Floor will need replaced at a cost of $6,500-$8,000. When I called Nevin Myer at Iron City Installation he said call your Insurance Company and hung up. Had they sealed the floor as required by manufacture and silicone Thresholds we would of only had water to clean up. We should of realized that they did not seal everything when we had to return left over Backer Rod and Silicone. Do not use this company as they are not trustworthy.

    Mann Tile Inc
They completed the job in one day and did a wonderful job. They were diligent in protecting the rest of the house from dust and dirt with plastic drapes from the ceiling, even in the rooms where the tile ran down the middle of an otherwise carpeted room. They cleaned up as they went, minimizing the impact of those family members that remained in the house while they worked and carted away all of the tile and mess using plastic buckets. The ground down the thin set, leaving the floor perfectly prepared for the installation of the new tile. Having been involved in retiling jobs before, I can't recommend these guys enough. At $1.95/ft. is highly cost effective and saves the cost of the dumpster. Plus it eliminates my having to do a lot of back breaking and unpleasant work. Having them remove the tile for you, even if you intend to retile yourself, is fast, cost-effective, and saves a lot of time and effort.
