Paul Davis Restoration Of South Indianapolis
They did a great job. They did an outstanding job. We were very happy with them. We were happy with the price; the insurance company took care of it. I don't have anything to compare the price to. It was not a choice where I called five contractors to get different prices. It's hard to say if the price was right or not. The insurance company paid for it, and they did an excellent job. They responded very quick. There were no problems with their punctuality. They were very professional people and had a good crew. If I had to get work done, and I was responsible for it, I would definitely call them.

    Northern Quality Floorz
Matt was punctual and conducted himself in a professional manner. He worked hard and moved and replaced all the furniture himself. I would highly recommend Northern Quality Floorz for any flooring project.

    Roy's Flooring & Decor (Kim-E Roy, LLC-DBA)
Everything went well.  We practically drove them crazy going back and forth with samples until we finally made our choice.  First, we thought carpet, then tile, then finally decided on the hardwood.  They were patient with us and provided helpful suggestions. It's a beautiful floor and we are glad we went with Roy's.  We started dealing with three other local flooring companies, but then we found Roy's on Angie's list.  The rest is history!  Be are very happy with them as a company.  We plan on calling them for updated window treatments for the master bedroom as soon as the hurricane season is over and the dust settles from our busy summer.  Our two walk-in closets are opposing each other across a hallway.  One of the closets is not square, by a long shot, as our house is built on a pie shaped lot and the angles of the interior were taken out in the closets to make the rooms rectangular.  So one closet is at an angle with the other, more like a trapezoid with no parallel walls.  They put down the floor in the crocked closet so that the boards ran parallel to the boards in the opposite closet across the hall.  It was a challenge, not often encountered, but not a problem for the these guys.  Every board that touched a wall, in that crocked closet, had to be cut an an angle to accommodate the matching look across the hallway.  They did an excellent job!  My hat goes off for the installation crew.  A job well done!

    The Masters Touch Floor-covering, Inc.
They installed new laminate flooring in the above areas along with all the trim work needed. When complete they did a nice job of cleaning up and removing all debris. He also cut a section of the old carpet to my wife's specifications that she wanted to keep for use in our shed. They did a very nice job and if we decide to do anything with the carpet in the remaining two bedrooms, I'm sure we will give them a call.

Only problem the day of delivery
the gentlemen was two hours late.  Driver had a flat tire.  When he
finally got here he informed us that he could only stay for about 1 1/2 hrs.  So we had to reschedule for the
next day.  The management was very nice and explained the circumstances
    to us.
Other than that mishap, we would definitely use their services again.

    Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings Inc
Horrible project management.   They use too many sub-contractors on my job so control of schedule was near impossible.  In the end it all came out OK but so much unnecessary  hassels  ....  In my opinion don't waste your time with Wiles  or Hessler.

    Stevens Contracting LLC
I called Mark and asked his advice on whether to replace the great room of our P**** Gorda house with carpeting or go with artificial or real wood flooring.  Mark suggested real wood flooring as he could get a great deal on it and said it would like much better if he took it all the way into the master bedroom that is right off the great room.  It looks fantastic!  The real wood gives the house warmth and looks very rich with the dark wood color he picked out.  And the price was unbeatable.  Note that my wife and I live in New Jersey and rent the P**** Gorda house.  We've never actually met Mark and his team but they are easy to communicate with over the phone, the job is always done right and the results are fantastic (we just had a chance to actually see the work during the last week of December, 2013 when the tenant let us take a look.)

    HESSLER FLOOR COVERING
Hessler Flooring was not the lowest bidder to replace some 2,000 sq. ft of
flooring in our Port  Charlotte home. The company had a strong 50 year
reputation, we expected and were promised a professional complete
top notch turn-key effort well within the milestone schedule we
agreed to. What we got was VERY poor project management, a parade
of excuses, delays and misinformation. In the midst of our
difficulties we learned Hessler Flooring was recently sold and is now
managed by Wayne Wiles Flooring ( Ft. Myers FL). At every turn of
the project we found ourselves having to invest far too much of our
own time and energy in the thick of unpleasantries and frustrations.
As a customer I sent many emails, had to make too many phone calls
and it required my personal on-site inspections to keep the project
    moving.

In addition to all the expected charges, we faced the unexpected costs
of hiring a finish carpenter to do repairs, trimming and re-hanging
doors in the house so they would work with the new carpet and tile
heights.  (Some of our interior doors were left outside in the
rain by the carpet installers.)  Our original plan was to repaint the
rooms before the new carpets were installed . Unfortunately our
painters needed to be rescheduled several times because Hessler
wouldn't bring in a proper cleaning crew till after the tile and
    carpets were down.

It doesn't matter if it was Hessler / Wiles' lack of appreciating the
scope of the job, or the result of simple incompetence. Either way
they acted with cold recalcitrance. Until the last tile was grouted
and the carpeting laid, their salesman would occasionally return my
call then he would ask me (the customer) for a project status.
Were they kidding? It should have been Hessler calling their
customer with accurate progress status reports. For my money a TWO
Star Service Rating is a grudgingly generous evaluation. With
Hessler now owned and operated by Wayne Wiles, frankly you can carve
a better flooring supplier out of a banana.

    Floor Mart
After a brief one day delay due to a mix up between what the dealer ordered and what was required to do my ceramic tile flooring, everything went very smoothly.  They worked on the tile Friday, Saturday and finished on Monday.  Then they came the following Monday and installed the carpet.  All workers were extremely professional and courteous.  There was one small problem with furniture being placed where I could no longer access my electric cords.  I called the store in the morning and that same afternoon, the installers came back and set everything to rights.  Floor Mart called me back that same day to asked if everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.  Great service.  Yesterday I received my receipt for the payment I made along with a thank you card from Chuck at Floor Mart.  First time I've ever received a thank you card from anyone that's done work in my home.  Great service and I would recommend them highly.

    Friendly Floors
We had not moved into our new house yet.  Friendly Floors kept us up to date as to when the tile was going to be put in.  On the week they were doing the installation we drove across state with some of our things in a U-Haul. The men here were doing a wonderful job. One stopped to let us know how things were going and to let us know what to expect.  When we moved in the floors looked wonderful. The tile transitions that were picked looked great with the old and new tile. The people in the shop who work there are wonderful and very helpful. We plan on using them again when we are ready to replace more flooring.
