    Horrible. This guy did not know what he was doing. He destroyed my ice maker, dented the stainless steel door of my refrigerator, and fixed nothing including the main cooling fan. And he charged me $78 dollars without honoring the discount coupon. Lawrence knew nothing about my Samsung refrigerator and should not be allowed to service them. Angie's List needs to review this contractor and change its endorsement!

    The technician arrived promptly. He determined that the problem was in the printed circuit board and that it needed to be replaced. The cost of the circuit board was more than I was willing to pay as the fridge was over ten years old. I was only charged the service charge, and purchased a new refridgerator at Lowes.

    They were fantastic and never heard of them, just saw them in the paper. everything is perfect. The count approved everything they did. They went under the house and enlarged the air duct for a larger capacity. They left the area clean and wore slippers on the shoes when they came in the house. They work with you on payments. There were 2 installers do the work. Very pleasant office staff.

    Required a new circuit control board that required overnight shipping. Joe ordered the parts , offered a loaner refrigerator (which we declined) until the part came in. Part arrived late in the day and Joe came out to the house and completed the repair after 6:30 at night. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and considering he made two house visits and one was after normal working hours his fees were outstanding. Job well done.

    I use there extended warranty. I'm not thrilled with that, I've got an oven I paid a lot of money for and it's still not working. It's not that I didn't need them out there again, I just got so sick of having to schedule and be home and everything that I haven't called. It didn't work and they didn't help me. I don't think I'm getting my money's worth. They do come out but it's the fixing it. We think it's a problem with the appliance but they just keep sending somebody out here, I think they should replace the appliance. I have had them out four times. The last time I had spoken to one of the women on the phone and I was explaining to her what happened, and I said, I went online and started looking this stuff up, I thought I had done my research ahead of time, and the problems I'm having are not any different than other people have had. There's one problem where the electronic system across the front started saying, we're going to clean, we're going to clean, I couldn't get it to turn off. They said, you have to turn off the power to your house, and I thought, this is ridiculous. Plus it was beeping constantly too. So they finally came out, that took them about a week to get out, and it was making me crazy. They were professional when they came out, I mean they didn't fix it, but they were professional.

    I'm not thrilled with them. I have an oven that I paid a lot of money for and it is still not working. 

    I got sick of having to schedule service and be home. When I baked cookies for Christmas time, it was a disaster. My oven didn?t work and they didn?t help me. I don?t think I?m getting my money?s worth. They just keep sending someone out here, and I think they should just replace it. They have come out 3-4 times. The last time I had spoken to one of the women on the phone, explaining to her what happened. I told her how I went online and did my research ahead of time and the problems I was having are not any different from what other people had. One problem was the electronic system and they told me to turn off the power to my house. It was ridiculous. It was beeping constantly.

    That took a week for them to come out; it was making me crazy. The guys that came out were professional. They didn?t fix it. I have to use them again unless I stop the contract.
