FFirst, the Office Manager came out on a Sat (which was super convenient!) and asked questions and took pictures of the yard for her boss to create the design and quote. She did not take any measurements but did take a picture of the survey. About a week later, the owner, her boss, calls to ask us to provide all the measurements of the yard and shed. It took a few days, but I was finally able to email him a drawing with all the measurements 10 days after the initial visit. No response. I sent another email request for information 10 days later with no response again. It has now been over 30 days from our initial visit with no response.
