    CJ Weller Enterprises LLC
    Mr. Wheller called minutes after I left the message. I went to his shop and even though mine was a small job, he fixed it right there and explained how to take care of my furniture and make sure I didn't have the same kind of problems in the future. I was impressed by his knowledge and demeanor and would recommend him , and have work for him in the future. Samples and pictures of his work were impressive.

    Chris Weller is EXCEPTIONALLY TALENTED - KIND AND PROFESSIONAL! His responsiveness is 2nd to none! His ability to understand his clients vision is amazing and he did EXACTLY what we asked and it is gorgeous. Everyone that has seen his work raves about the end result. He completes the job with top notch materials and does not skimp on his products. He delivers in the time frame he says he will and he is pleasant and kind to have working in your home. He custom built an office space in my home, custom built bookshelves in my living room and he refinished 2 antigue pieces to perfection. He has also worked for my parents ( 87 years old) and they adore him and trust him as well.

    I never expected the outcome of the furniture to be as good as it was when he finished the repairs. The boot bench is used everyday and we look forward to passing it on to our children one day. and for the cedar chest. To restore a piece of furniture that I built out of planks of wood over 40 years ago,he took his time and paid a lot attention to the details that truly shows he is a true master to his wood working and finishing abilities. I wouldn't think twice about using him again and will highly refer him to anyone.

    Final Touch Refinishing LLC
    I am thrilled with the results of my kitchen cabinet refinishing! Jose Castillo, owner of Final Touch Refinishing, did an outstanding job. He and his staff are extremely professional, neat, and reasonable considering the very high quality of their work. He took an old, badly finished  pantry door and made it look like new!  He also refinished about 25-30 cabinet doors and drawers which he took off site to refinish, and the work is just amazing! I was worried that they would look different from the doors that weren't refinished....no worries there! The color and finish matches perfectly! Then he did an "in-the-home" touch up of the baseboards, they look like new! Again, neat, all surfaces protected, and he was totally detail oriented. He was extremely responsive, completed the work in a timely manner, and kept in touch throughout the process.   I am so happy that I found him, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

    Bitz And Pieces Antiques
    I rented two vendor areas in their shop and the business is growing daily. There is a large variety of items and each vendor has something different. It is family owned and they truly value their customers as well as the vendors. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    ROOMS TO GO
    The service went pretty well. They contracted their delivery people which was kind of a nightmare. They never came on time and one of them came at 9:30 PM. The beds they put together they did a nice job. They did leave stickers on one of the bed sets and did not come back out until 3 weeks later to get them off. The sales staff was nice and the facility was easily accessible.

    CITY FURNITURE
    My wife selected a new living room set, couch, love seat, coffee table and two end tables, for our soon to be retiled living room. We paid for the entire set IN FULL, at the beginning of October. The sales person was informed that we would not need delivery until the beginning of November and we would call to set the final date. No problem was what we we're told.
    Now, the beginning of November comes and the only thing in stock are the end tables. I would take an additional week for the love seat too be delivered. However, the couch and coffee table will not be delivered until AFTER CHRISTMAS!
    When I contacted City Furniture about this matter, they were very unresponsive and smug acting like they have no responsibility in this matter. The best they could do was refund the deliver charge, even though they have a perfectly good floor model that could be delivered. But, this isn't possible, because they can't have a show room without a couch, but I can have a living room for the holidays without one.  I will never use City Furniture again.
    I have tried several times to contact City Furniture to see what could be done to correct this matter and they are not interested.

    CITY FURNITURE
    I filed the paperwork and pictures for the claim,  a couple days later I received a call from the contracted repair facility to set up an appointment.  The repair person came out looked at the couch and determined the reclining mechanism in the couch was defective.  He told me he would put in his report and City Furniture would call me to inform me how we were going to proceed.  I received a call that night(July 14) and was informed they would repair the couch and the parts needed to be ordered.  They would be in in approximately 6-8 weeks.

    This seemed a little long to me so I wrote and email to City Furniture on their website and received a call where they apologized that I felt the repair was taking to long.  So whatever, I waited the 8 weeks, called the warranty number multiple times trying to find out when the parts would be in and kept receiving different info.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "the supervisor sees the same information that I do, so they will be giving you the same info, I said ok i still want a supervisor.  I was put on hold for a very long time and hung up before anyone came to the phone.I was given a couple different dates, I think the total time till parts came in was almost 10 weeks.  The last phone call I made to the Warranty line I was told the parts were in but were in a container and I could not schedule the repair until they were unpacked.  I was told it takes 2-3 days to unpack.  At this point what was a couple more days.
    I called the salesperson that sold me the furniture and the warranty to ask her for help.  She apologized profusely and said she had never heard of anyone having this big of an issue.  She the proceeded to  tell me she would love to help me, but every time sales calls on behalf of a customer, they are told the customer has to call.  So basically no help there either.
    Got the call from the repair tech again scheduled the repair appointment to find out he did not have all the parts.  Only the reclining mechanism came in the foot rest or the arm.  He repaired the mechanism but I still have wood hanging out of the foot rest  and the hole in the inside of the arm.  Not to mention now the other side of the couch is difficult to close.  He put in a workorder for the original arm and foot, and now the reclining mechanism for the other side.
    I called the Warranty line to she how long this was going to take this time and I was told 10-12 weeks as the parts need to ship from over seas.  The last repair appointment was October 10, 2014 so still waiting.
    The repair tech was nice and on time, but this is taking way too long.  Original complaint June 28.  It is now Nov 18 and the couch is still not repaired.

    The Upholstery King
    The UPHOLSTERY KING of Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
    my review::
    MMM... I had a very disappointing experience with your business practice. I shall NEVER use your services again and will never recommend you for any work. I am very surprised that you could NOT complete a simple job as it was; simple wheel chair replacement seats -- one small problem, you failed to put in grommets for the holes to reinstall on the chair itself. Why did you even do the job?? You should have turned the work away - then I would have more respect for you.

    Upholstery King - response :::
    I am sorry to hear that your experience was not satisfactory. Had you brought this to our attention, we would have made every effort to fix our mistake. You are welcome to bring it back, at your convenience, to be finished. As is with any craft, there will be human error on occasion.

    my response to their response:::
    MMM, then again...
    You were afforded the opportunity to repair the issue and failed to do so. It was reported as - YOU REFUSED TO and adamant NOT to do any further work to correct this problem.
    Human Error is one thing; arrogance is another. I feel there is nothing more to say on this matter. I shall share my experience everywhere possible as CUSTOMER AWARENESS. I pray that you do NOT treat any others in same manner.
    Thank you for your courtesy.

    ROOMS TO GO
    I just had open heart surgery, so my Wife and Mom decided to purchase a recliner for my recovery.
        The customer service person at the store was not so nice to them and seemed rushed and disinterested.
      After they returned and relayed this experience I called and spoke with store manage Gary Cassidy.
      He gave me the most insincere apology I have ever heard, and began to defend his employee April, Saying nobody ever complained about her before. ( Really?) He also stated that he wouldn't be getting back to me on this, He was done. He then suggested that if I was unhappy that I should cancel my order,.......Who does this????
       I imagine that a $700.00 sale was insignificant to him, So at his suggestion I cancelled the sale!
      I then asked if I could have the name and number of his superior, he gave me his name and a toll free number and attitude !
       I can't comment on the quality of the product because we never did take receipt of the item, but based on the customer service experience they get a resounding F..............
        So save yourself some time and go to one of the competitors and spend money where they know how to handle customer complaints and appreciate your hard earned dollars.
